Of course there is a way to collect, there are many ways, here are just two: 1) Arrest and hold Hamas political leaders in contempt of court until they pay. 2) Intercept and collect money paid to Palestinan authority by the State of Israel, afterall it is the PA's jurisdiction. Let them recover it from Hamas.

The fact that Israel's cowardly leaders allow Hamas to live and breath reveals how sick Israel has become . Instead of defeating these killers they go to court ? It does not matter that Hamas and all the Islamic organisations do not have money to pay now. We will wait. We got reparation from Germany and from the Swiss bank. Eventually we will get reparation from all the arab states where Jews used to live, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iran and Iraq. Jews were forced out of those countries as well. We will get reparation for all the terror. We may even get reparation from the USA and the EU eventually, they asked us to behave like sitting ducks and they asked us to enter into Oslo and the road map.
