It's not palestinian territory. Gaza was egyptian and west bank was Jordan's. So if we return to 1967 borders its with egypt and jordan, not with you. You are a made up country. We will not return to our original territories because a war was launched on us from these territories and we conquered them during war. If you didn't want to lose territories (I'm refering to egypt/jordan when you're from) you shouldn't have wanted to destroy Israel. You have gotten what you wished for us. Resolutions 242 and 338 call upon Israel to withdraw from the Palestinian Territory. I f you have the Israeli version of these resolution, you can to the UN website and read the real ones. I think you forgot to talk about resolution 194.

First of all, all those resolutions were not passed in the Security council so they mean sh*t. The reason we re-entered the areas under your control in defensive shield were the terror attacks that happend here almost every week. Infact, statistics prove than when we control more territory and we assassinate more terrorists there are less terror attacks. The motivation is still high but they are just unable to execute an attack when we patrol under their window. Hamas and Islamic Jihad goals are to destroy the state of Israel. I have read those resolutions. They don't specify how much territory is to be withdrawn. The individuals who drafted them said that themselves. That fact isn't from any Israeli versions. If you take the time to read those resolutions in their entirety, you'll see they still refer to secure borders. The pre-'67 borders are not secure and the drafters of those resolutions knew this. What about resolution 194? What else can I enlighten you on?

Just an FYI, Resolution 242 and 338 were passed by the Security Council. But , they pertained to hostilities between Israel and the Arab nations after the Six-Day War. They had nothing to do with the Palestinians since these ppl didn't yet exist. All else you stated is quite true.

Since 1967, there has been more Arab residential (largely illegal) construction in Jerusalem than Jewish construction in the capital of the Jewish State. But, Israel is determined to enforce the law in an iron-fist manner when it comes to a few scores of Jewish houses in Hebron and throughout Judea & Samaria.
