OK Josh, i conceid that Israel in fact is a democratic state, however this democracy is only amongst Jewish citizens. Most people who do not follow the jewish faith do not have the same rights... example would be an Arab Israeli family trying to move into a Jewish Kibutz or Israel calling itself a Jewish state when more than 10% is not Jewish. Israel at the same time is not Iran or Afghanistan where at one point there was a totalitarian regime. Israel could be more or less Lebanon back in the 60s or as it is now with no Syrians. a "religiouse" democracy. My point was that Israel markets itself as the west in the east when clearly it is not.

Obviously no Catholic hospital would perform an abortion, and similarly, a private Orthodox Jewish hospital is entitled to its own religious rules, however unreasonable they may appear to others who are not Orthodox Jews.
33. How did the hospital know how and where they were married??

Dear Abdullah, sorry I have been naughty, but your reactions brings out the 'best' in me! hihihi Your cousin has marries a Christian man, but did he became Muslim or did they live in Kuwait and did he stay christen? I know that Muslim woman are NOT allowed in Islam to marry a non-Muslim man, but the men are allowed, even a Jewish women. So you see I know the law. Read this: http://answering-islam.org.uk/Authors/Arlandson/mixed_marriage.htm And this I found at some other Muslim site: "Traditionally, only in one case can a Muslim woman marry outside of Islam, and this is the case where the woman is guilty of sexual transgression, as denoted in Sura An Nur of the Qur'an: "The adulterer may marry only an adulteress or an idolatress; and the adulteress may marry only an adulterer or an idolater…" [24:3] As stated in this verse, this rule equally applies to the Muslim man who is guilty of this same offense."

They are living here! By the way I know we do not compare to the Western world but here in Kuwait we do have our freedoms and relative democracy if compared to our neighboring countries we are light years a head :)
