1. THE STARVING PEOPLE
PILPELET ,   H ISRAEL   (03.15.06)
ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT VOTED FOR HAMAS,
2. Another Solution: Let them starve
MARK ,   USA   (03.15.06)
It will help reduce overpopulation in the Arab world. They need to learn responsibility and that has a very heavy price. Why should I have any sympathy?
3. Wolfensohn
Uzziel   (03.15.06)
The responsability to feed them is their goverments´. Idiot!!
4. You can have a million refugees
Piranha ,   Chicago, IL   (03.15.06)
Since, under UNRWA definitions these people are "refugees", that means that they are NOT in their permanent home. That being the case, there is NO REASON that they should be settled within Israeli territory west of the Jordan River. Put them into final homes in Jordan, or Syria, or Lebanon, or Iraq. Then give them as much food, shelter and other resources as they need!
5. starving Palestinians?
Yehu Ben Zohar ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.15.06)
They don't seem to be starving now and they elected Hamas who promise to rid "palestine" of Jews. Every dollar for food is a dollar Hamas can use for weapons. Let Hamas feed them. Wolf should worry more his own people than the arabs who would kill him in a minute if they could. He is a grandstanding hypocrite.
6. starving people
gil ,   ashkelon   (03.15.06)
They use amazing amounts of aid to buy weapons and explosives instead of food and medicine.Stop bothering us with starving palestinians as you did with Irakis .
7. Wolfensohn is a crazy dude
Josh ,   Jerusalem   (03.15.06)
This dude has business all over Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other enemies of Jews. He is a sick dude.
8. the palestinian problem...
jessie ,   norway   (03.15.06)
the aid has to bypass the PA....
9. They brought it upon themselves!
Chaya ,   Israel   (03.15.06)
But hate like this will destroy them from within. Many of them will turn on each other; thousands others will try to leave; the only thing left will be for us to destroy those who decide to stay and fight it out. We are the only ones who brought life there - Gush Katif was a Paradise. Now it is a Hell on earth!
10. #4
Justice ,   Washington   (03.15.06)
If the problem is the food and shulter, we could've been in peace for long time, the problem is in racist, fashist people like you, so your dream is to ask native original people to leave their land because your pure ethnic group with while color can replace them, it is good to dream, all events proved that the Palestinian land speaks arabic, and the people there are like trees, getting more deeper and deeper in their land, the people like you will just get more Jealous and freek out from this fact, Keep dreaming
11. Let the Arabs give them money.
Daisy ,   USA   (03.15.06)
Their Arabs not "Palestinians" and should go back to their homelands and leave the Jews alone. If the Arabs let their people starve who the hell cares! It's not our problem.
12. I realy don't care if they have to starve...
(03.15.06)
We are like their parents for damn sake, we give them electricity, food, water, work, money, etc and they still whine all the time... we have 0.01% land of the whole middle east and they still whine! what a shame of a nation... atem osim zchok me azmechem...
13. To Everyone
Ron ,   Los Angeles, USA   (03.15.06)
Imagine if the tables were turned!
14. Chaotic Pals? Nah!!(sarc off now)
Yoel Ariel ,   has returned   (03.15.06)
Obviously many years spent living on the razor's edge of danger has provided Wolfie with special insight. Who could possibly predict chaos in the PA? Who, more likely would style the PA as being without Chaos? They need help? May I suggest something in a nice Tactical Nuke. prehaps? something in the 50mgt class. At least it would solve their lighting problem. Reading by a soft green glow has it's merits.
15. They won't suffer starvation
Francois ,   Paris   (03.15.06)
They can eat Qassam rockets and explosive belts
16. a million murderers won't bring peace
yehuda ,   new york usa   (03.15.06)
Wolfson's basic mistake, is his refusal to accept the fact, that a million well fed murdereres, terrorists, ans their supporters won't bring peace! We've has almost 60 years to learn this lesson. In 1948 they should have told they have only 2 choices: a) work for a living, which would require peace with its neighbors, and live. b) let the UN, US, EU Red Cross UNRWA and others, feed you, so that you could devote full time to terror, teaching kids terror (instead of an an occupation) preach a religion of suicide and terror etc. and eventually die. Unfortunately Wolfensohn and others keep making the same mistake. Until the Palestinians are forced to choose between terrorizing Israel, and their own starvartion, there will be no peace!
17. Daisy
Jew ,   Israel   (03.15.06)
What are you STUPID? The jews occupied the Land........ Jews will always be hated across the world.... Even in America.........Don't forget it retard..............
18. Some things shouldn't be rescued
Marcel ,   Florida   (03.15.06)
It's better to let somethings just rot and turn into dust. These western elites continue to reward the unpeace jihadists and rescue them after their long record of barbaric and inhumane actions towards theirs peace partners. It reveals their deepseated anti-semitism and hearts desire to help their Plaestinians eradicate Israel. I wonder of this is why Israel's leaders help in the same effort .always rescuing this sworn enemy and infusing them with millions. Let the dead dog lie.
19. To No. 10
Piranha ,   Chicago, IL   (03.15.06)
Uh, No. 10, they can either be native people or they can be refugees. They can't be both. If they're refugees, then by all means settle them in an area appropriate for them, say, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria or Iraq. Why put them in a Western country like Israel? It's not like they have permanent homes there now anyway -- or they wouldn't be REFUGEES!!!
20. Why not just eliminate the middle man
Arie   (03.15.06)
Why not just give the terrorists the bombs they want to carry out wanton carnage and misery. Why bother with the show of pretending to finance so-called 'humanitarian' organizations like the PA and PFLP and hamass? Or better yet, why not sell Suha Arafat's mansion in Paris, bought with the monies the US and the EU gave Arafat and buy food for the palestinians? Why not force Switzerland to open the Arafat and Abbas bank accounts, and the hamass bank accounts? The BILLIONS there should keep the palis going for quite a while!
21. Chaos also if PA is "helped"
Alan ,   South Africa   (03.15.06)
22. #13
Jane   (03.15.06)
Yes, Ron, let's imagine if the tables were turned. Imagine if the discotheques and pizza parlors in LA were blown up.
23. #17
Jane   (03.16.06)
You're no Jew. And you're not in Israel. Your either Naturei Karta (not a real Jew) or an Arab (obviously not a Jew) or a lefty (either a matzo ball Jew or a Buddhist).
24. How does this make sense?
Zion Land   (03.16.06)
Give back the Palestinians their homes and their farms and they won't need any of you. The US spends more money on Israelis than their own people. How does this make sense? They still have their homes key. http://www.palestineremembered.com/
25. Let them use their own Funds They invested
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (03.16.06)
And They stole from their own people What Can We Learn from the Palestine Investment Fund Report? - Mark Sloman http://www.jcpa.org/brief/brief2-27.htm According to a 345-page report prepared by Standard & Poor's and the Democracy Council, the Palestinian Authority has approximately $600 million invested in 79 commercial ventures worldwide. Former Palestinian Authority Finance Minister Salam Fayyad was recently released for public review www.pa-inv-fund.com. Western Intelligence Estimates of PLO Assets In 1990, the U.S. government estimated that a 5 percent tax charged to every Palestinian working in an Arab country had generated PLO assets ranging from $8 to $14 billion - revenues above and beyond international contributions. In 1993, just prior to the signing of the Oslo accord, the British National Criminal Intelligence Service reported that the PLO generated a considerable portion of its budget from "extortion, payoffs, illegal arms dealing, drug trafficking, money laundering, fraud, etc. Immediately after the signing of the Oslo agreement, the Palestinians received an additional $3 billion from the U.S. and the international donor community. A year later, a British intelligence report stated that Yasser Arafat controlled assets worth $10 billion and that the PLO had an annual budget of $2 billion. STOP feeding a black hole that has been fed

N/A ,   N/A   (03.16.06)
GIVE THE WEST BANK BACK WITH JERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL AND YOU'LL BE LEFT ALONE...... OR BETTER YET, GET OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST... I HAVE AN IDEA, HOW ABOUT YOU GO TO GREENLAND! BY THE WAY, AMERICA IS NOT BAISED ON RELIGION LIKE ISRAEL IS..... SO, THERE WILL NEVER BE A RELIGIOUS WAR IN AMERICA. THEY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO IN AMERICA THAN BLOW EACH OTHER UP...........
27. To Number 13, Unlucky Number?
Joe Levi ,   Los Angeles.USA   (03.16.06)
Let me be upfront with #13, if the Arabs could, they would, kill all of US (Jews included). They have repeatedly said so time and time and time again. We looked away at Hitler's rantings and ravings, and lost 6.5m innocent, hapless, defenseless, Jews. And another 45m people were killed, worldwide, thanks to the Germans, Italians, Japanese and their supporters. If Israel had lost even 1 war, it today would be Judenrein. Get my point? What is going on in Iraq, is nothing compared to what they have in store for us. Let the oil companies give back some of their profits to the poor Palestinians, who voted for Hamas in record numbers. Or as one famous person said, "Let them eat cake". in this case, sand. The UN has money to burn, let them provide raw foot stuffs....no money, just wheat, milk, honey, etc. Or maybe the dead Palestinians on the UN data lists, can provide funds.
28. Joe #27
Ron ,   Los Angeles, USA   (03.16.06)
Now let me be upfront with you. Not all Arabs would kill all of us. The certain few fanatical religious ones would. You have to agree with me on this, not all people are the same. With regards to the rest of your e-mail..... I AGREE WITH YOU! What part of LA are you from??
29. N/A , N/A: learn reality and facts Israel is in their HOME
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (03.16.06)
It is evident that you have not a single clue Israeli presence in Yesha does not constitute "occupation," and moreover, that the U.N. Partition Resolution of 1947 is a "recommendation" and not obligatory. "Up until 1948, Judea, Samaria and Gaza were a part of the British Mandate. In the 1948 War of Independence, Egypt illegally grabbed the Gaza Strip, and Jordan took Judea and Samaria, the 'West Bank.' Egypt did not claim sovereignty in Gaza, but Jordan deigned, in 1950, to annex Judea and Samaria. This annexation was not recognized by international law. The Arab nations objected to it, In 1967, after the Six Day War, these territories - which were originally meant for the Jewish Nation's National Home according to the Mandate Charter - returned to Israeli control." in 1988, King Hussein of Jordan rescinded its legal and administrative ties to Judea and Samaria. "According to international law," "Israel has full right to try to populate the entire Land of Israel with dense Jewish settlement, and thus actualize the principles set by the League of Nations in the original Mandate Charter of San Remo in 1920. At that time, the mandate to the Land of Israel was granted to the British, and the introduction to the mandate charter states clearly that it is based on the international recognition of the historic ties between the Jewish People and the Land of Israel. Clause II of that mandate charges Britain with 'ensuring the existence of political, administrative, and economic conditions that will guarantee the establishment of the Jewish national home in the Land of Israel.'" "Even the White Paper of 1922," emphasized the Jewish Nation's rights to the national home in the Land of Israel - while at the same time tearing away almost 80% of the mandate's area on the eastern side of the Jordan and giving it to Emir Abdullah." There is nothing in international law that requires a Palestinian state between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean - not even the UN Partition Resolution of Nov. 29, 1947. The fact that the Arab states did not accept the Partition Plan, voids the recommendation of any legal basis. Resolutions 242 and 338, which call for negotiations and a "withdrawal from territories" (not "withdrawal from THE territories") captured in 1967, are similarly "recommendations." These resolutions were drawn up under the UN Charter's Clause VI, which deals with non-mandatory recommendations - as opposed to Clause VII resolutions, "which are mandatory, and which deal with a threat to world peace, such as those taken against Iraq."
30. James please step down. Idiot.
alan ,   frisco   (03.16.06)
What it wasn't stupid enough of Wolfinsohn to give a half a million bucks to the Gaza greenhouse buy out only to see the Arabs destroy them? Twice fooled makes one an idiot. The second foolish act of Wolfy will be giving the Arabs-- who cling to terror-- more money. It will be channeled directly to terror activities. Why is it the west is so damn determined to enable the Arab terror machines? Can't the West just say no to funding Hamas? Let the Saudis pay for Hamas if they want Hamas. let the Saudis foot the entire bill. Stop wasting my tax dollars on the Arab terrorists.
