Yoel Ariel ,   USA   (03.20.06)
Well THAT is a real surprise. I personally thought they were going to morph into hyper-productive, cloyingly friendly Quakers and live happily ever after (with their neighbors, side by side in Pea,...you know the rest)

6. End Result of Oslo -Road Map
Marcel ,   Florida   (03.20.06)
This is the outcome of thirteen years of Oslo and Road Map. The expert peacemakers and politicians have not brought peace to Israel but chaos destruction and impending war. The lies and deception of peace with jihadists are there for all to see ,yet so many choose to walk in darkness ,following the politicians who lead them to hell and not peace. The only solution has always been to defeat and de-nazify the Palestinians crujshing the jihad spirit in one deadly blow . 13 years of failed policy has olnly led to what we see happening in Gaza today .
7. Arie, been living in a cave?
(03.20.06)
Gunmen associated with Aqsa Martyrs Brigade (PART OF FATAH) clash with Palestinian police (ALSO FATAH). And you say we got what we voted for? We voted Hamas, genius.
8. inevitable
Joe ,   Brooklyn, NY   (03.20.06)
Of course there will be clashes over jobs. They have no economy. We have to admit that it is the result of Israel's security measures. They have no port, and their borders are very tightly controlled. They cannot control who comes in and out. The vast majority of their border is with Israel itself, and of course products don't flow freely between Gaza and Israel. I see the point of Israel's tough security measures, but this is the price that has to be paid as a result.
9. Why are the Arabs afraid to post their names?
Arie   (03.20.06)
To #7: You voted for anarchy, not peace. You support violence, not peaceful coexistence. You had a choice to bring in leaders that were sworn to stop this type of senseless violence yet you chose a terorist group thatadvocates wanton slaughter. Now..wheter it is Fatah vs Hamass, Fatah vs Fatah, Fatah vs PFLP, or whatever mix of that you wish to set, the results are the same: YOU VOTED FOR ANARCHY AND NOW YOU HAVE IT.
10. Marcel: Stop your constant crap - talk is about Gaza NOW

you wrote....The vast majority of their border is with Israel itself, And who borders Israel hah? You do not have a clue that from day one it was a struggle getting goods and supplies not to mention Jews to the shores of this country. Stop being an apologist for those who can not help themselves except to murder and hate. Furthermore, the security measures are in place because if they were not day in and day out more Israelis would be slaughtered. You know it and so do I. Make no mistake that with those security measures everyday terror attacks are stopped dead before me and my family are stopped dead. What the Palestinians have or do not have they brought on themselves. Yet over time the entire world has turned their backs truly on the needy of the world while giving everything including lying for to the Palestinians on a silver platter. They had Oslo then a PM who was willing to give up everything to them not to mention a majority of Israelis who truly WANT PEACE. It was all rejected for slaughter of the innocent. What about Gaza? Do you think for a moment that was not the hardest decision ever for Israel to leave ? Yet we did and look what we got for it and look at how the Palestinians have manhandled and destroyed this perfect gift? I do not shed a tear. If you think for a moment the struggle is not a deep and cutting one for Israelis you have another guess coming. NOTHING and I mean nothing comes easy for us nor is easy. Peace comes when it is felt in the heart. Democracy comes when self sacrifice is met at any cost to oneself not to others. Thank you.
13. I agree with Marcel, let IsraĆ«l bear responsability !

Jane   (03.20.06)
Actually, you all are the geniuses for having voted for Hamas. What's going on today may not involve Hamas, but it will. Can't wait for a Palestinian 3-way.
15. Arie - What difference does my name make?
Gaza   (03.20.06)
What difference does it make to you if you refer to me as #7 or as Mohammad or as Ahmed or as Mike?? Anyways, on to the point: you say: "You voted for anarchy, not peace. You support violence, not peaceful coexistence. You had a choice to bring in leaders that were sworn to stop this type of senseless violence yet you chose a terorist group thatadvocates wanton slaughter." What Party exactly are you referring to that would have immediately resulted in peace and no more chaos on Gaza's streets? Are you talking about Fatah, the group that has been the SOLE REASON for the very chaos you speak of? Or are you talking about PFLP, whose leaders are being arrested for their part in the assassination of Zeevi? Yeah, that wouldve worked out nicely if they were in power. So what exactly is your point, we voted for anarchy? Yeah Arie, that makes sense doesn't it? We WANT anarchy. We just hate law and order and normal lives, we just want chaos and disorder in our own streets and gun fights between our own police and our own gunmen, we just LOVE that sort of life. So Arie, in your opinion, who should we have voted for to avoid this disaster?
16. good ,what else is new???
me ,   here   (03.20.06)
17. It Is Time To Step Back
emanon ,   USA   (03.20.06)
Let Hamas and Fatah fight it out with eachother. The only border control needed is to keep any more violence from spilling over into Israel. When the Arab vs Arab infighting is done, there won't be enough people left to run the territory. Then Israel cqn reclaim its rightful land.
18. #15

23. To#15-Hiding behind the abyss known as the internet
Arie   (03.20.06)
By your own commentary, you admit that there is NO Arab party that promotes peace. You admitHamass, Fatah, the PFLP and the others are unable to avoid anarchy caused disasters. Well then, maybe it's time for you to stop concentrating on killing your kids in homicide bombings, stop spending all your education funds teacing them hate and concentrate on alternative education - like peace harmony and respect!
24. #20 - David
Arie   (03.20.06)
I apologize that I don't send my entire day posting here. But simply put - there areArab parties that have sought a modicum of peace and coexistence. Yet, the Arab populace shuns them as pariahs. The nameless one in #15 admits that all the 'popular' parties are advocates of more terrorism and anarchy. He claims he has no one else to vote for. An admission that his mind set is directed to one conclusion: more palstinian anarchy, more palestinian violence, more palestinian deaths, more palestinian hunger, more palestinian joblessness, more of the Arafat/Abbas mentality of "let's transfer the funds to a Swiss bank account and screw the public." By voting for hamass and not even trying to promote the parties seeking coexistence, #15 and the other nameless Arabs in Gaza got what they wished for. Now that they are wallowing in the pig slime THEY demanded, they are whining again. Would any of them care for some cheese with their whine?
