alex ,   israel   (03.23.06)
This guy is a disaster for Israel. I don't understand how any sane person can vote for this joker?
3. Vote for Baruch Marzel...
(03.23.06)
he's the ONLY answer to Kadima's rush to surrender more land. Wake up Israel - all we got for the disengagement were 10,000 homeless people, more hatred from the secular against the religious, rockets on Ashkelon and more.
4. Polls sucks!
Linda   (03.23.06)

7. only a poll
peter ,   amsterdam, NL   (03.23.06)
with a 3% margin of error to boot. No reason to get so exited... The 'big poll' will be in 2 weeks time with a 0% error margin, hopefully more than 63% of the population will go to the 'kalpi' boosting Israel's democracy. These talkbacks read like graffiti sometimes :-).
8. American football at it's best
Richard ,   New York, USA   (03.23.06)
It's the two minute drill and Peretz's team is marching down the field! The Kadima defense is giving ground, and the Labor underdog is coming back! Can they go in for the score!!? We'll find out next week!
9. All polls
Samie ,   Chicago, USA   (03.23.06)
All polls should be made outlawed. They are just used to brain washing voters. just as the courts have outlawed speech these also need to be done away with/they just help the Media brain washing and state controlled Education system.
10. vote ichud-mafdal
ian ,   lima peru   (03.23.06)
its the only way we can save what we can possibly can!!, and it has a very good social-economic plan
11. Olmert Losing strength. The Right is set to win!
Juke ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.23.06)
Kadima was suppose to get 48 seats now they are down to less than 30. They will probably get les than 25 seats. The political radical left leanings of Olmert immediate family may shed some light as to why Olmert is acting in the way he is. His wife, Aliza, is a Charter Member of 'Women In Black', an organization of Arabs and Jews who support Arab takeover of Israel. His son Shaul belongs to the extreme left group, 'Yesh G'vul'. He was arrested as a deserter from the Israeli Army. He now lives in New York. His son Ariel never even served in the Israeli Army. He lives in Paris. His daughter Donna is a self-professed Lesbian, who is a member of the Machsom Watch. this is a group of women who endanger the lives of Israeli soldiers by deliberately ninterfering in their work to prevent Arab terrorists from entering Israel at various checkpoints. His daughter Michal is just an ordinary committed "leftist". About Ehud Olmert, the man himself. In the words of the author Naomi Ragen: "He is a disaster, a sleazy politician with no vision, skating in the direction Mr. Sharon pulled him, without the sense to reevaluate and go back." A most interesting piece of information about Olmert's early career: Shmuel Tamir, now deceased, who was Olmert's past patron in the FREE CENTER PARTY, noted in his prolific memoirs that Ehud Olmert offered to throw out his own father, Knesset Member Mordechai Olmert, from that Party. This perhaps, more than all else, attests to the nature of the acting prime minister's morals.
12. Marzel for PM!
(03.24.06)
13. No Juke, the Left is set to win!
Richard ,   New York, USA   (03.24.06)
The right is finished! And actually, we should not define the political scene in Israel as Left and Right, because that is not an absolute reality. Even Netanyahu voted in favor of the disengagement when his political career was on the line. He's nothing more than a political opportunist playing on the fears and ignorance of his fellow Jews for a comfortable seat in the Knesset. Other than war and blood, the right really have nothing to offer the Jewish people. I haven't heard any right-wing party talk about more money for every Israeli. Where's the money!? Show us the money, Juke! Because that's the bottom line!
14. Richard the looser
Juke ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (03.24.06)
Richard you are such a looser. I agreed most politicians are in it for the power, money and Knesset perks. Some are even crooks like Sharon, Olmert and Peres. The country has been almost evenly divided between the right and left. Polls always show a very strong leaning to the left and the outcome is quite different. Sharon won the last election on his "not one inch policy" and beat Barak hands down. The right will win again hands down. I also think that labor will be part of the new government and the will help poor. Kadima was supposed to be a centrist party which in theory appeals to some of us (not me). However, after the disaster in Gaza and the way Olmert has acted in Amona, and Olmert’s family history most of us have realize that Kadima is no more a centrist party than Meretz. It funny (or sad) that media still refers to Kadima as a centrist party. We know that Netanyahu can't be trusted. We knew that since he signed off of the Wye agreement. That was why Sharon was nominated to lead the Likud to victory. We didn’t anticipate that Sharon would black mail to withdrawal from Aza or sit in Jail. Netanyahu didn't vote for the withdrawal of Gaza he probably wood have if Sharon would have also given him a partnership in the Gush Casino’s. I still believe that Netanyahu is the better choice out of the top three parties. It used to be the kibbutzim used to have the best officers and soldiers. That is no longer the case, the best of the best comes from the settlements, hesder, and Nachal units. The reason all these groups have true love of the land of Israel. They understand that the land was given to us by G-D and we have a duty to honor and protect it. The secularist of today has lost the reason why their parents, grandparents, or great great grandparents have helped settle the land of Israel. By the way my father’s family has been here since the early 1800's. I could right a book about the story I used to here from my father and grandfather. Wake up Richard the looser. Come to Israel learn the true facts about us. Learn to love Eretz Yisroel, the gift of G-D.
