1. But Tom Freedman supports Hamas
alan ,   frisco   (03.31.06)
We oought to thank Hamas for being honest that they hate Americans and America. Arafat felt so too but kept his mouth shut when talking English. Hamas has so much to learn from him and his devious ways. Now Tom Freedman was interviewed today, telling Shiri Gross that Hamas should get US money. Assume this is now the liberal line among the followers of the NY Times editors from now on. Why give them money? So that they will act responsibly, says Freedman. So by that reasoning, we give the new Arab PM a million and half that money goes to buying a suicide bomber and putting his family on welfare for the next 50 years. And Freedman, idiot that he is, wants US taxpayers to give Hamas this money. How many years does it take for guys who make their living having access in Arab capitals to learn that Israel is not going to bend over backwards to make some editor in NY happy? Hamas. Get your money for the Saudis and Iran. It will take their pressure off our troops in Iraq.
2. hamas thugs get off on the wrong foot
debra ,   usa   (03.31.06)
good for bolton. he tells it like it is. hamas isn't going to get very far yelling at the united states. they have no idea how to act in civilized society.
3. HONESTY not KADIMA
KOBI KOREN ,   JERUSALEM   (03.31.06)
LEt's have some honesty. Kadima the no name party leading Israel to destruction is NOT a centrist party. It is a RADICAL LEFT WING EXTREMIST PARTY. Stop the propaganda, please Ynet and Reuters. I don't think Israel has a moderate left wing party. Labor comes somewht close but falls short by a long shot. Meretz also Exptreme Left wing. LIKUD is a centrist party Idealogically. Still not enoug for long term security.
4. Why did Palestinians vote Hamas?
DR ,   Florida,USA   (04.01.06)
Can anyone tell me why these people voted for a terror group? Did they really expect things to get better for the average person under this leadership? They expect the world to deal with a group that has a website that encourages children to fight and die for Allah and the resistance? Crazy people with delusional goals. They are gonna get exactly what they voted for.
