The Czech government passed legislation concerning the return of properties confiscated during the Holocaust to Jewish private individuals a few years ago. The measure was approved by parliament without difficulties. Other eastern European countries have done the same thing. It is time that Poland stops wasting time (their strategy is to wait and drag out on this until all survivors dies) and starts restituting the properties!

So now, Poland should choose; either it will compensate Holocaust survivors voluntarily, or the Republic of Poland will face criminal charges in international courts.
