31. Ray, aren't you an American, too?
AK   (04.10.06)
Why do you hate your homeland so much and since you always identify yourself as a Christian, why do you so hate the other Christians? I have a feeling that you're railing against the Evangelicals because of their support for Israel (for whatever reasons) rather for their religious believes and intolerance. By the way, all Christians, including your denomination believe that the only way to salvation is through the Jesus Christ, just like ALL Muslims believe that the only route to salvation is through Islam and everybody else goes to hell. So, what's your point? Convert to Judaism or Buddhism, those religions have more inclusive view of afterlife. For now, let’s worry about here and now. You problem is here and now anyway, you dislike the fact that the Evangelicals don’t like Muslims and side with Israel and the Jews. You have got Israel and the Jews pretty much isolated and now you’re railing against the only ally Israel has and a powerful one, since it cannot be easily bought off by the Arab petrodollars, like our politicians, journalists and the academics. Tough. By the way, the Left while denying the afterlife, also believes that the salvation, this time during the lifetime, is possible only through one path, their way. No different from the Evangelicals, really.
32. Michael Steiner Answer this.
AK   (04.10.06)
Is Jews had it so good living with Muslims, while did most Jews choose to live in a Christian world and not Muslim? Why didn't Jews choose to move to Muslim countries?
33. Ray is a hate monger
Hilda ,   USA   (04.10.06)
Ray you would love to have the Jews denouce their evangelical friends , These peopke are pure and simple Israel's best friends, perhaps even more than liberal Jews. You would love to have Jews believe your lousy propaganda. These Americans know that no Jew was invoved the the 9/11 disaster. All of the participants were Arabs, Muslims and it bothers you when real Christians understand who their real enemy is. --Not Jews as you would like us to believe but the Koran which preaches hatred of any nonbeliever. Are you sure you are not a Muslim in disguise or at least in the pay of these radicals?
34. your ridiculous article
robster   (04.10.06)
This is one of the stupidest articles I've ever read.
35. Read "The Book"
Jesse   (04.10.06)
As a Bible believing Christian, I consider your opinion a false representation of Christianity. One needs only to read the Book, to know that G-d has neither forgotten or forsaken the Jews. Any other interpretations are false. Which branch do you belong?
36. #26 Ray, let me explain why you are hypocrite
Ron ,   LA   (04.10.06)
Ray, let me explain why you are hypocrite and bigot. “And to the writer who says the Evangelists have no ulterior motives for Israelis and Jews: come on. They are very clear. If you do not embrace Jesus, you WILL (not might) perish and not see the after light. Of course, maybe that's the kind of humor you prefer?” I specifically gave you reference, but you prefer not to look, because you religion is your opinion. Here once again the link: “NEW YORK - Televangelist John Hagee told Jewish community leaders over the weekend that the 40 million evangelical Christians in the United States support Israel and that he plans to utilize this power to help Israel by launching a Christian pro-Israel lobby.” “If one were to preach replacement theology, could one join your group? No. A replacement theology preacher will not associate with us, because we believe Israel is still the apple of God's eye. We do not believe that God has cast away Israel or the Jewish people. We believe that God has the Jewish people and the Church working together as brothers, serving the same God, during a very dangerous time in history for both of us. “ “Replacement theology teaches that the Church has replaced Israel. In replacement theology, you [the Jews] have no future in the economy of God. Replacement theology falsely teaches that the Church has taken the place of the Jewish people. The Jewish people are no longer in the economy of God, according to this teaching, which places the Church as God's centerpiece. There are fewer and fewer [evangelical leaders who subscribe to replacement theology] as time goes along. They are seeing, finally, the error of replacement theology. The vast majority of evangelicals do not believe in replacement theology. Evangelicals believe that Israel has a Bible mandate to the land, a divine covenant for the land of Israel, forever. That the Jewish people are chosen of God and are the apple of God's eye. That Christians have a Bible mandate to be supportive of Israel and the Jewish people, to demonstrate to the Jewish people what they have not experienced from Christianity for 2,000 years... the love of God. Is this support for Israel predicated on an Israel that does not relinquish biblical territory, or is it support for Israel and an acceptance of the sovereignty of the Israeli government in making the decisions it sees as being best for Israel? Our support for Israel is without condition. We have a Bible mandate by St. Paul, by the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah, to be supportive of Israel and the city of Jerusalem, period. We are not swayed by political personalities or parties. We are totally and completely loyal to the positions of the Bible. “ Here is the link: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1139395642585&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FPrinter Now once again, why we need to believe you and not a leader of 40 millions Christians? Do you have an evidence on the contrarary?
37. Persecution in America
(04.10.06)
Believe it or not the Catholics have been and forever will be the subject of Persecution in America. The only time when the WASPs (White Anglo Saxon Protestants) stopped persucting Catholics was when the Emancipation Proclimation was delivered. So believe it or not, Catholics have suffered long and hard in America (dare I say as long as the Jews have in the U.S.). And were sorry about the Crusades and Inquisition we had alot George Bushes for popes at the time. But at least we apologized and asked for forgiveness(Notoros Aetates) unlike those Evangelical WASPs who think that if it isnt Protestant its crap
38. It makes me feel this
no religion ,   american   (04.10.06)
this is another sad attempt at blaming all of the worlds problems on americans! yay! apparently, you didn't get into my mind yet. im so glad. as if you dont see israelis wearing the latest fashions, trying to emulate celebrities, TELEVISION celebrities, oh my! just blame it on the americans, because you all had no choice, we just shoved it down your throats. that's the eternal demonizing angle. there devil, bad. here, good...be patriotic whore. every country plays into it, every religion. most religions have stipulations that go something like "if you dont believe in this, then you will suffer some kind of eternal and unforgiving pain". i visted ramallah the other day. most of the people were very warm. but im sure there are assholes, just like in america, just like in israel, and brazil, and wherever else you go. the only reason an american might dislike muslims in a "general" way, is because they misunderstand and FEAR what they do not know. However, I'm quite sure there are just about the same amount of us that can comprehend and do not live on the blind fear still sifting down from 9/11. Perspective is a saving grace. Generalization is awful and not pragmatic. Quit it with the arrogant bullsh-t which is some distored form of self-fulfilling intellect.
39. #26 Ray YOU STILL REFUSE TO ANSWER
Ron ,   LA   (04.10.06)
previous article, questions) Let me explain. Here is your previous article Judas gospel begs a question http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3237458,00.html My questions #6 were: "We didn't have to discover a crumbling text written in the ancient language of the NeoCons" Q1: What is the ancient language of the "NeoCons"? Hebrew? Yidish? Ladino? Q2: Who are those " NeoCons"? Any names? Q3: Whats the difference between " NeoCons" and regular concervatives? Any specifics?Do they have a different ideology then a regular mortal conservative, what's the main difference? Hanania, honestly, can you explain yourself in plain, simple English? We wait for the answers, Hanania. Ron , LA (04.07.06) Ray, if you don't know the answers on my questions, I can understand, however I want everybody on this forum to understand too. Ray, you can not just through and insult people without explaining yourself. If you are not responsible for what you write, may be this is not the right place for your opinions. Explain or SHAME ON YOU!
40. #29 Steven Some interesting documents
Ron ,   LA   (04.10.06)
explaning motivations as you asked. Those are palestinian churches: You also can read a lot about this dangerous brand of Christianity, that he may believe in. Here of course you will find his motive.. Executive Summary Sabeel’s Teachings of Contempt documents the hostile language and theology used by Naim Ateek to delegitimize the state of Israel. Ateek, founder of Jerusalem-based Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center, has used imagery clearly reminiscent of deicide charge and directed it against the state of Israel. Additionally, Ateek asserts God’s covenant with the Jews does not apply to the state of Israel, but then asserts the nation has a higher obligation to abide by the requirements that come with this covenant. Because of Israel’s Jewishness, Ateek imposes a more exacting standard of conduct on the state than its adversaries. Despite the problems inherent in Ateek’s writings, the leaders of mainline Protestant denominations have broadcasted his political message to their members and to the general public in the U.S. http://www.judeo-christianalliance.org/materials/Sabeel's%20Teachings%20of%20Contempt.doc also there is documents here www.anglicansforisrael.com http://www.cufi.org/
41. I only answer questions not arguments
Ray Hanania ,   Chicago, IL USA   (04.10.06)
Sorry Ron. I don't answer arguments. And I don't engage in hate debate. I think my columns offer a unique perspective into the reality of Palestinian-Israeli relations and the real forces that impact on a possible peace based on two-states. In otherwords, you're not even clever. The real shame is on people who have no tolerance for other viewspoints. But here is the real revelation: When the Palestinian fanatics and the Israeli fanatics (and all of the fanatics on each side who support them) gather together in the same room, they all look and sound alike. It doesn't matter what side you claim to be on, when you hate others, you are no different than the people you hate. I'm in the middle, a moderate, and know that's what upsets you, "Hilda" and a few others, the most. The hatred does not help to bring peace. It just foments more hate. Maybe you'll wake up one day ... and maybe you won't. :) Thanks Ray Hanania www.hanania.com
42. #7 Michael is right
Richard ,   New York, USA   (04.10.06)
The only reason why Evangelist support Israel is for political and economic reasons, and not because of some righteous belief. In the US today, assimilation is proceeding at a rapid rate, and the number of Jews is decreasing. That is not a positive sign for the future. Michael was just trying to warn us of this problem. And it is true that Jews lived in relative peace in Muslim countries for centuries up until the 20th century, and the coming of modern European Zionism. When you look at the History books, you see that many more Jews were killed in pogroms in Christian countries than in Muslim countries. What were those Jews in the Christian countries doing that the Jews in the Muslim countries were not doing? The terrorism that we see today coming from the West Bank and the Gaza is light action compared to what Jews have suffered in Christian Europe. In Israel, there are more Jews dying in car accidents, than are being killed by Arab terrorists, and very little is said about that.
43. News Report
Shelby ,   U.S.A.   (04.10.06)
Did anyone see the report in which a Hamas leader said the U.S. churches are secretely run by Jews who converted to Christianity to control Americans? How do they come up with this stuff?
44. Ray, those are QUESTIONS, NOT ARGUMENTS
Ron ,   LA   (04.10.06)
There are 3 simple questions in #39 Those questions are regarding your previous article Judas gospel begs a question http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3237458,00.html Q1: What is the ancient language of the "NeoCons"? Hebrew? Yidish? Ladino? Q2: Who are those " NeoCons"? Any names? Q3: Whats the difference between " NeoCons" and regular concervatives? Any specifics?Do they have a different ideology then a regular mortal conservative, what's the main difference? You claim you are answering questions, so what's the problem? For example one respondent ( #45 and #46, they are highlighted in red) gave those answers: A1: It doesn't matter their language, as long as they are Jews. They are double agents, working on behalf of Jews and Zionists against American interests. A2: Wolfowitz, Pearle all other Jews and cabals who are in the backround of the Bush , Administration, who work for Israel against America. A3: The same names with some fellow travellers like Bolton and other Christian Zionists, who are working against America. The difference is they are Jews who work on behalf of AIPAC and Israel. Those are the opinions of Mr. Hanania as interpreted from a corner of this humble observer, of coarse it is not so politically correct to express them... Why you find so difficult to give us YOUR answer?
45. Answer to Ray Hanania
Ron ,   LA   (04.10.06)
Ray, you say: "In otherwords, you're not even clever" Ray, thanks for compliment. Thanks for your sense of humor... "The real shame is on people who have no tolerance for other viewspoints" I totally agree with you, somebody on this forum spreads lots of hate. Looks like somebody don't like harmony between Christians and Jews and this without any provocation. "I'm in the middle, a moderate, and know that's what upsets you, "Hilda" and a few others, the most. The hatred does not help to bring peace. It just foments more hate. " Here I disagree with you. My humble opinion is, you are a bigot and try to insite Jews against Christians. I also dare to question you on anti- Semitism. I guess if this response is not red, I am probably mistaked. In this case my apologies.. P.S. I would ask the editor to publish this comment, as I believe I was much more respectful towards the writer, then he is towards me. Thanks, editor.
46. Response "Understanding American Psyche
Paul I. Adams ,   Concord, USA   (04.10.06)
I must say that the credible aspects of some of your statements are both painfully accurate and a serious indictment of those to whom they correlate. However, there are some falacious binds thrown in that deserve dissection. "most Israeli's know that evangelical support for Israel is based on belief that Jews will perish in hell." This is at best an undue lumping of diverse subjects, and at worst a contrived attempt to excite anything except dialogue or understanding. G-d alone determines the plight of the individual and nations in eternity. Any Christian who is actually a disciple of Jesus knows this. Most Americans also would acknowlege this belief if asked clearly. I consider myself a relatively well versed person where Christian Zionism is concerned. As a New Englander by heritage, it is my joy that the first Americans (born post Revolutionary war) to enter Jerusalem were profoundly Zionist (50 years before Hertzl). A book with their story was recorded by an Israeli, who was also a Jerusalemite and civil servant. He was also my close friend , who I named my youngest son after. My belief for Zionism is simple. The G-d of Abraham, Issac and Jacob keeps every covenant He has ever made. He is not a man that He can lie! Surely He has restored the scattered from the land of the north, and around the world! The restoration of Israel as a nation is the single greatest miracle of prophecy in the modern era! Surely the Muslim world sees this and trembles, albeit with an unyielding desire to expunge this fact by destroying again the nation. The "tv guide as the American bible"commentary is a grievous and all too true assessment of the national status. However, the Supreme court balance shift, and current trend toward Biblcal reason are cause for hope. One fact that rings loudly for Christianity and Judaism is that neither is monolithic. That is true also for the nations politically. While we revile the tactics and mindset of those who treat life as so disposable, like homicide bombers, and "terrorists who fly planes with innocents onboard as bombs", it is as if you want it to be okay for you to stereotype, while pointing a finger at Americans, when you judge the varible whole as if it were monolythic. It would be a pleasure to engae in a debate sometime. IF YOU EVER HAVE A FORUM where I COULD BE A PARTICIPANT ,PLEASE ADVISE.
47. Talk about stereotypes!
Pam ,   Arizona   (04.11.06)
Ray - Do you really see the world around you in such a simple-minded manner? Do you ever take on anything but strawmen? Oh -- I get it -- deadline, out late, had to get something to the editor. From crude overgeneralizations and inane characterizations of Americans, to your wild banana-peel slip-slide across stereotypes and loose associations, this column almost reaches the level of slapstick. Unfortunately, prejudice is not especially amusing, and never enlightening. Go to bed, sleep it off.
48. Ray; You should just admit you are a Muslim.
Daisy ,   USA   (04.11.06)
You don't know anythinng about Christians so stop pretending you are one.
49. It's no so easy to answer those questions
Muhammed Goldenberg ,   Mecca/ Tel Aviv   (04.11.06)
How can he possibly defend himself? Inpossible. I don't think we will see anything from him here anymore. But who knows...
50. Thanks Paul for your comments
Ray Hanania ,   Chicago, IL USA   (04.11.06)
Great points Paul. Some here could learn a lesson in civility instead of wearing their anger on their shoulders. But I am not sure everyone here is really interested in a discussion. I always post my email and respond directly to people who have serious questions. if I can help with any answers, just let me know. Keep in mind, too many readers won't post publicly fearing the bashing they get from some of the fanatics. Re: Paul You questions are weird because you obviously miss the point of the column. I couldn't help you if I wanted to, so I won't try to muddle you even more than you already are. :) Thanks Ray hanania www.hanania.com
51. A lazy and self-serving "analysis"
sk ,   USA   (04.11.06)
The political scientist V.O. Key once wrote "Understanding public opinion is a task not unlike coming to grips with the Holy Ghost." The idea that Ray Hanania "an award winning columnist, author and standup comedian" has found the secret to American public opinion is absurd. If you are a lazy writer like Ray, though, you won't bother to do any research. You won't even try to grapple with a specific area like American support for Israel. No need - just read TV Guide. Incidentally, might the extreme differences in TV shows highlight some considerable variations in American attitudes? Anyway, it would be silly for me to spend more time writing a reply than Ray spent writing his column. So I'll just comment on one tiny nugget: "Stereotyping is an everyday trait in American culture. Eventually, stereotyping reaches a balance between lynching and economic oppression ..." O profundity! (1) Stereotyping is not specific to American culture - it is universal. (2) In the US, one can succeed regardless of one's race, religion, or heritage. Class boundaries are relatively porous. This is why Arabs have done remarkably well in the US, despite "hatred" leveled against them. So, ultimately, how consequential is this stereotyping? (3) Given (2) it is laughable to mention "lynching and economic oppression" as suggesting the worst and best-case scenarios. All those illegal Mexicans don't cross our borders to enjoy a good lynching.
52. Religion and Politics mixed up.
Dave ,   Canada   (04.11.06)
Ray, I think the problem is that everyone on this site is mixing up politics and religion. Frankly speaking, Jews and Muslims are very close in their theological essence. Both believe very strongly the Unity of God. I would say that for most Jews and Muslims this central tenet of both their faiths gives their life meaning, even if they don''t always think about it. The problem now is political, because of the Israelis and Palestinians fighting each other. That is why we have to hope and pray and work for peace. Because when there is peace, it will be great because Jews and Muslims really are, deep down, brothers and sisters in faith.
53. Ray: a good friend of the Jews
Francois ,   Paris   (04.11.06)
Ray the Fakestinian is obviously a good friend of the Jewish People, that's why he wants to warn his Jewish "friends" that Evangelical Christians are very bad guys, however the Fakestinians, their terror, their blatant lies are the best friends of the Jewish People. I don't know any Evangelical but even if they really think that the Jews will go to hell, who cares? Christians believe that Jesus was the Messiah, I don't, so what the point? I never have been told of Evangelical Christians blowing themselves in Israeli buses or in Jewish neighborhoods, claiming that Israel has no right to exists, ... As a consequence, any Evangelical deserve much more respect than you could ever expect because they are not bloodthirsty criminals. Ray, you don't like America but you are living over there. What's the point with you? What about moving to a friendliest country like Iran or Saudi Arabia? They really love Christian Fakestinians in these areas. And I'm quite sure that they will appreciate your friend Abu Steiner as well.
54. Is that why they plopped that big Mosque on the
(04.11.06)
Temple Mount Dave? After they booted the Jews outta the country? That was to make sure the Jews felt that they and the Muslems really are, deep down, brothers and sisters in the faith?
55. I believe we really understand you Ray
Steven Wilson   (04.11.06)
You're opinionated to an extreme, which allows you to only answer to yourself. Americans are stupid, TV Guide followers. Ray on high has the answers to the worlds problems. Pit Jew against Evangelicals. The Evangelicals are the boogie man if you are a Jew. Rays philosophy of course. The Palestinians aren't so bad, just a few fanatics that want to blow up Jews. Of course we will ignore this as much as possible. Ray would have to dig deep into the Palestinian Psyche, to come up with an answer about how to stem the Muslim hatred. Obviously he couldn't stop it if he tried. It's easier to hide out in America, and blame the violence on the Evangelical Christians, rather than live with his violent countrymen, and look in the mirror every day, wondering if these violent jerks, will ever revert back into the semblence of a human being. Palestinian TV Guides have the latest 100 different ways to blow the hell out of a Jew. But Ray doesn't want to address the music videos teaching the Palestinian children to blow up the infidel Jews. They get their 72 virgins and Camels. That's all that matters. They are his people. Does the American TV Guide have that kind of programing Ray? Do we tell our children to blow up Arab children in America for Jesus? Before you demonize a religion, and a country over religion and war, (Vietnam),Demonize your own country first. There's plenty of writing to do about the Palestinian's bombing campaigns. You obviously don't consider yourself affiliated with Americans or Christians in America. It's about time someone held you accountable for all the rubbish you spout. If you are ashamed of America, go hang out with your companions that blow themselves up for Allah. We aren't stopping you. The traits of Palestinians are of utter denial. Denial of responsibility. Denial of murdering innocent Jews over land that was stolen from the Jews to begin with. Denial that religion doesn't give you the right to kill Jews indescriminately. You speak of Vietnam, how about Hamas. They are blowing up people for their Diety ,every chance they get. Lets just deny that the Palestinians are the problem Ray, The Evangelicals are the Jews bigger problem. The only problem is, the Evangelicals aren't telling the Jews to strap bombs on their children to blow uo Arab children Ray. The Evangelicals aren't strapping on explosive belts to get those nasty Jews. Maybe we aren't the rascist crazies that you would have the Jews to believe. Of course that speaks for all Americans. We haven't kicked your door down, that's probably because we like you, you numbnuts. Even when we vehemently disagree with you.
56. Ray the civil
sk ,   USA   (04.11.06)
Ray's responses are anything but civil, unless he finds a rare admirer. I don't care, personally. Still, it takes nerve to lament the lack of civility in others and then display such condescension and cattiness.
57. simple idea ...what is wrong ..what is funny
maria ,   jerusalem   (04.11.06)
wrong to be palastinian or arab or moslem or like the cowboy film the right to be israili jew know hebrow and like the shoclate kake ,,[it is the fun ] my idea is so smple it is about two men the first say and order,, the second listen and responed ,,the idea is about the responce of the second ,,it does not depend ONLY on the first one believe orculture or psyche ,,it depends ALSO on the second man his believes culture and psyche for example if we look to the new work law in France as the first group and the workers responce as a second group another example is the american democracy and the middle east people ,,,and even you see it is wrong or fun to elect this or that it is still the fact as it is ,,chalange is always between humans or against each other but not against the creator the god ...i want to tell some thing about this ,, in the family we were several children used to sit in a dark room with alittle light as a candle making by the hands some shadows on the wall like a fish or a donkey or a pigion ,,we had fun and chalange who made it better ,, but in day time under the sun we see the shadows of the things how it is short then taller then shorter no one has a chalange to this fact to god creation ... when i am an adult i read this fact in kuran i am smiling about our fun when we were children and i feel deep believe in god creation even both of the act have a sientific origion but the chalange is great
58. #44 Shows Rays bigotry and hate
ron ,   US   (04.11.06)
I totally agree with #44. Ray hate monger and anti-Semite and he coward by refusing to answer those questions even to private E-mail r2004la@yahoo.com To editor: Pls publish this post. Since Ray promiced to answer those questions in #44, but consistantly find excuses, why not to answer, I gave him the opportunity to answer directly to me "I always post my email and respond directly to people who have serious questions. if I can help with any answers, just let me know. Keep in mind, too many readers won't post publicly fearing the bashing they get from some of the fanatics. "Ray Hanania So Ray, you can contact me directly at my E-mail. Another reason why not?? P.S. To editor: Please publish this comment. Ray trying to avoid important questions to his readers, he must be responsible to his readers.
59. #51 Yes, but.....
Ron ,   LA   (04.11.06)
You say: "Anyway, it would be silly for me to spend more time writing a reply than Ray spent writing his column. " However this is very public forum and it's important to expose the bigots and hate mongers among us because they must know, they are accountable. This is the reason I insist for Ray to answer those simple questions and he so stabborn NOT to answer even privatly to me r2004la@yahoo.com You see Ray is scared. He can not deny the obvious, so he tries to avoid is with all his might. He failed, because of some good and decent folks here both Jews and Christians. might add here. I was born into very sick society, ( Soviet Russia) witch talked the same languege of bigotry, ignorance and propaganda . It was America and specifically Reagan Administration who with simple and true statement " EVIL EMPIRE" was able to open the gate of friedom to tens of millions. Sometimes we forget how powerful is the voice of truth. We need to find courage to say the truth even if it is not comfortable. Nazi and Soviet propaganda was so effective, because many refused to see the simple truth and most importantly rediculed the ones who did. So I say IT'S EVIL . We are sick of people who try to advance their hate by pretending to be " moderates". We are smarter than that. To editor. Thank you for excepting my post.
60. Mr. Hanania is being hypocritical
Michelle D. ,   Florida   (04.11.06)
How can Mr. Hanania write against "American stereotyping" when in fact, he is stereotyping Christians himself (particularly American Christians) in this article? He does not speak for me, an American Christian, on my deep respect and concern for Jews world-wide. While Christians do believe that it takes believing in Christ as Messiah in order for individuals to be rewarded with eternal life, it is my understanding of the Bible that the Jewish people are "chosen", and therefore given more time, patience and opportunity to come to that belief. No Gentile nation is given that. It is because God designates that the Jewish people are special to Him, that I believe in supporting them and the nation of Israel. I don't believe in coercing Jews (or anyone for that matter) into "accepting" Jesus as the Messiah. It is not my job to convert anyone, as that is a matter between God and an individual. If someone asks me about what I believe, (or as in this case, accuses me of believing something I don't) then I will explain my beliefs. Otherwise, there is no point in doing it, and the only time I will deviate from that is if God prompts me to in a very specific manner. If a Christian lives their life the way they are called by God to, there is zero need to "proselytize" because the people who notice a difference in you will ask about it. Forcing your beliefs on someone else never works and is therefore pointless and a waste of time. As for Mr. Hanania’s ramblings on American television, ironically American Christians have a lot against many of the shows he listed as well. Which just goes to prove that American Christians are more in tune with Mr. Hanania than he would like to accept. Why can’t we just all be friends? Michelle D.
