Why should families with less than 5 children be penalized - they have to work, pay tax and serve in the army. Compensation should be for all families in Israel - no matter how many children or how religious!!!!

Let us not forget that the Arabs tend to have big families! Count their wives, too.....
4. UTJ's treachery
Adina kutnicki ,   US   (05.11.06)
UTJ leaders are acting like a bunch of prostitutes. They are selling ! the Jewish patrimony for a backroom deal. The next time they call themselves a 'religious' party, someone with real clout in the nationalist camp should reveal publicly their treachery. The UTJ leaders would be wiser to advise their people to get training to compete in the marketplace. Those who opine that it is their duty to learn all day Torah should be reminded that Hashem would look askance at those joining a regime predicated on abandoning the land of Israel. Get jobs and stop looking for handouts. Perhaps UTJ thinks that Tel Avi is really the 'heart' of Israel.
5. Kadima lurs UTJ - to Ros

I think your question would be best put to the Kadima party. The original request from UTJ was to restore the payments to all children, but Kadima refused. It should be noted that Rabbi Litzman offered to give up the chairmanship of the finance committee in exchange for restoring the payments (reported on Radio Kol Chai). But let us remember that Kadima is a party that cares only for itself, and not for the population it claims to serve.
