Dear G. Who said I hate anyone? Rest assured if I did there would be no mistaking it. But to adress your other points let's look at them one by one: #1 "there are all kinds of religions and different colors-living in Israel-and being Israelis. Yes G. you're right there are but can they all move freely anywhere in the country? No. Can they be arrested and imprisoned for up to 5 years for attemting to sway a Jew from their religion? The answer is unfortunately Yes. #2 the Knesset has also Arab MK's etc. Yes it does, however, the Arabs comprise the vast majoity of the population yet their representation is in the minority. Why? #3 The government is secular No it is not because to be an Israeli one must first be Jewish #4 and you are a big fool with an agenda of pure hate. I have no agenda and I hate no one. Why is it that to crticize Israel one must hate it? I love my country but when it is wrong I admit it. When any other country is wrong I admit that too. #5 But then Kentucky has little or no educated people. Now G. don't you think that is just a little bit hateful and prejudiced ? Contrary to what you may have been led to believe we really do wear shoes in Kentucky. We do not however, use our military to oppress, murder, maim, and starve the majority of our people. Perhaps I am a fool but at least I hate or oppress or betray no one.
62. Tom + Upset Learn crucial important facts for America
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (05.18.06)
American military forces need to deploy in the Middle East, Israel has strategically located facilities to help support American forces operating in the eastern Mediterranean, the Arabian Peninsula, North Africa, southern Europe, or the Suez Canal. Indeed, the quality of Israeli facilities and military manpower is unsurpassed for its maintenance assistance, realistic training, and joint exercises with U.S. armed forces. Israel can regularly provide target ranges and training centers as well as expertise in fighting in extreme heat and desert conditions, advantages the U.S. armed forces have for many years made use of through joint training maneuvers with the Israeli armed forces. Moreover, Israel has the most competent armed forces in its theater. Its military technology and qualitative advances have contributed importantly to American capabilities. During Desert Storm, the U.S. Air Force successfully relied on Israeli-designed Pioneer unmanned reconnaissance aircraft and Israeli-made conformal fuel tanks that extended the range of its F-15 fighters; In addition, the highly successful Tomahawk cruise missiles included Israeli-made components. Today, the Pentagon is procuring Hunter reconnaissance drones produced by a joint U.S.-Israel partnership for use by the army and marines; American and Israeli scientists are working together to develop the Arrow, one of the world's most advanced tactical anti-missile missiles; and the U.S. Air Force is using Israel's AGM-142 HAVE NAP missile (a highly accurate standoff attack weapon) to enhance the B-52 bombers fleet for conventional missions. U.S. officials publicly acknowledge the benefits that the Arrow program has brought to America's ballistic-missile defense efforts. General Malcolm O'Neill, director of the Pentagon's Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, recently explained that data gathered during Arrow tests has helped the U.S. Theater High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program, especially regarding sensor technology.2 Israel also has great value to the United States as a port of call and training ground for U.S. troops. Utilizing local port and training facilities of capable allies such as Israel becomes more important as the U.S. defense budget shrinks, the number of U.S. naval vessels declines, and regional force-projection requirements increase. A reduction in U.S. aid would undermine Israel's effectiveness as a U.S. ally. <<<< And this is the most important factor for America in the Middle East American money helps serves American interests.. and stimulates American economy U.S. government aid to Israel is one of the most cost-effective investments that Americans make in support of their international interests; Because aid to Israel contributes to stability in a key region full of real threats to U.S. security

64. 61 : Please fist eduate yourself about Israel
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (05.18.06)
Your number 1 answer shows rubbish answers - YOUR Lack of knowledge but insistance - shows an agenda - since you don't accpet facts Bring the proof of such nonsense - All people having Israeli ID or permits - of any color or religion in ISRAEL can move freely within in Israel .... most are Israeli citizens or have Israeli ID cards 2 the end of 2004, of Israel's 6.9 million people, 77.2% were Jews, 18.5% Arabs, and 4.3% "others". - of which Israeli Arabs are NOT a majority there are just over 1 million Israeli Arabs, they have their Knesset members. According to Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics, at the end of 2004, 76.2% of Israelis were Jews by religion, 16.1% were Muslims, 2.1% Christian, 1.6% Druze and the remaining 3.9% (including Russian immigrants and some Jews) were not classified by religion. Among Arab Israelis, 82.6% were Muslim, 8.8% were Christian and 8.4% were Druze AGAIN: The Israeli Government is a secular Government - you obviously have NO clue about the Government set up. The State of Israel is a parliamentary democracy whose political system and main principles are set out in 11 Basic Laws. The Israeli parliament is named the Knesset. The state is headed by the president, who is a ceremonial figurehead, while executive power is held by the prime minister and the government. The Judicial branch is an independent branch of the government. the arrangements of the secular government are binding. ... Israel has the “separation of religion and state”.

66. #61 What a LIE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (05.18.06)
You state: "Can they be arrested and imprisoned for up to 5 years for attemting to sway a Jew from their religion? The answer is unfortunately Yes." What absolute lies. Religious Jews who believe in Judaism are hated by Israeli authorities. Religious Jews are persecuted in Israel. The Temple Mount in Jerusalem is Judaism's holiest site. Jews are arrested if they pray or attempt to pray on the Temple Mount.
67. #46,52,56 You don't object Muslims CELEBRATING 9/11 at FBI
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (05.18.06)
Our lives and national security is in the hands of Muslims at the FBI who celebrated the murder of 3,000 American innocents and you don't object! Celebrating 9/11 at the FBI By Paul Sperry | February 11, 2004 When linguist Sibel Dinez Edmonds showed up for her first day of work at the FBI, a week after the 9-11 attacks, she expected to find a somber atmosphere. Instead, she was offered cookies filled with dates from party bowls set out in the room where other Middle Eastern linguists with top-secret security clearance translate terror-related communications. She knew the dessert is customarily served in the Middle East at weddings, births and other celebrations, and asked what the happy occasion was. To her shock, she was told the Arab linguists were celebrating the terrorist attacks on America, as if they were some joyous event. Right in front of her supervisor, one translator cheered: "It's about time they got a taste of what they've been giving the Middle East."...

70. Judaism or Zionism
Greenback ,   NYC   (05.18.06)
Judaism: Jews collectively who practice a religon based on the sacred Torah and the Talmud. Zionism: an organization of some Jews whose mission is to create and worship a piece of land called Israel. I ask all serious Jews, is the heart of God and the Jewish spirit truly just a a piece of land. Furthermore, considering that nearly all people calling themselves Jews today are actually Khazars, or Ashkenazi Jews, and Ashkenazi Jews genetic origins can be traced to 7th century Georgia (Russia), can most Jews call Israel their homeland without that statement being an actual lie. Georgia is nearly a thousand miles away from Israel. A plea to all Jews to save the religon, come home to Abraham, come home to Judaism.
71. Gabrielle!
Tom ,   San diego   (05.18.06)
The charge of anti-Semitism is one that Israel flings at anyone who criticizes them. Israel intentionally blends itself with the world's Jewish people in order to be able to hide behind Jewish people. If you ask Israel any question they do not like, you will be called anti-Semitic. It's a real fraud and the irony is that Israel is setting up the world's Jewish people as targets by acting as if they share the responsibility for Israel's actions. But the reality is that Jewish people are no more responsible for the crimes of the Mossad than Americans are responsible for the crimes of the CIA, or the people of Great Britain responsible for the crimes of MI5. But by intentionally equating Israel with all the world's Jewish people, the Israeli government sends out that message, that all Jewish people ARE responsible for Israel's actions. That makes them targets for those whom the government of Israel has angered. As for me, you will not find anything I write that talks about Jewish anything. I write about Israel and the crimes of the Israeli government. I write about Rachel Corrie. I write about James Miller. I write about Tom Hurndall. I write about the USS Liberty and the Lavon affair and the Israeli spy who was inside the very Pentagon office from which the lies about Iraq's WMDs that sent our young people off to war came from. I write about nuclear weapons being built under the Dimona reactor and radiation leaking from the complex into the surrounding soil. I write about ongoing defiance of United Nations' resolutions. There is nothing anti-Semitic about opposing reckless deaths and deceptions that lead to wars. There is nothing anti-Semitic about opposing nuclear weapons or supporting the work of the UN. Colin Powell stated the matter quite clearly; Criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitic. Israel would like you to think it is, but it isn't. Anti-Semitism is based on Israel's race. Criticism is based on Israel's deeds.

Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (05.19.06)
you are some young easy to impress fellow with little knowledge about Israel - it's right for defense against terrorism - and the same fight against Islamic terrorism the rest of the world faces. If you cannot fatom same - then you one day will go down or have to surrender to Islam Rachel Corrie and those you mention and you support are ISM members: The ISM is a group of activists who thus far, have refused to denounce suicide bombings. prophet bob ,   erehwon, amerika   (05.19.06)
This Gabby character is a true believer. S/he talks about the facts and doesn't have a clue about what is really going in the US or Palestine. But it really doesn't matter. A sea tide of change is coming. And there is nothing the zionist Mammonites in Amerika or israel will be able to do about it. In Amerika we have a saying and it goes like this. "What goes around comes around." The zionists should think long and hard about the implications of their current actions in Palestine and around the world because they are building one hell of a kharma load.
75. Dual citizenship
Aj ,   atlanta USA   (05.19.06)
i wonder why israeli can hold dual citizenship when other countries citizen are not allowed to have dual citizenship? i thought these people are not given security clearances because of their dual citizenship, not becasue they are JEWISH. the same old anti-semitic weapons being used here???

Please refrain from the ad hominem attacks G. If I lie then prove me to be a liar or if I have invented then point it out and disassemble it. I have heard of your type on the net who answers all criticizim with ad hominem attacks and invective. Why do you find the truth so repulsive and so difficult to accept? I have also heard that people of your sort are not really just one individual but rather a group of people attacking anyone who speaks the teuth about this subject. Who are you really Gabrielle?

Jihad watch is no different than a KKK website, simply put: your story is a lie. I have a question for you. Do you think Palestinians deserve to live in peace? Do you beleive arabs are sub-human? You are nothing but a racist. admit it.

81. 78 Tom: ISM supporter read what ISM really is all about
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (05.19.06)
and learn who and what are the Palestinian Arabs - again you only have an agenda and ignore facts - too young to face real facts. Before you rant and rave again - READ what ISM members like Rachel Corrie and the others are - legally they are supporting and helping to funnel and shield terrorists - in a war zone. Get That ! Start to learn about Legal issues - and War Zones ! Now learn facts: Israeli presence in Yesha does not constitute "occupation," and moreover, that the U.N. Partition Resolution of 1947 is a "recommendation" and not obligatory. "Up until 1948, Judea, Samaria and Gaza were a part of the British Mandate. In the 1948 War of Independence, Egypt illegally grabbed the Gaza Strip, and Jordan took Judea and Samaria, the 'West Bank.' Egypt did not claim sovereignty in Gaza, but Jordan deigned, in 1950, to annex Judea and Samaria. This annexation was not recognized by international law. The Arab nations objected to it, In 1967, after the Six Day War, these territories - which were originally meant for the Jewish Nation's National Home according to the Mandate Charter - returned to Israeli control." in 1988, King Hussein of Jordan rescinded its legal and administrative ties to Judea and Samaria. "According to international law," "Israel has full right to try to populate the entire Land of Israel with dense Jewish settlement, and thus actualize the principles set by the League of Nations in the original Mandate Charter of San Remo in 1920. At that time, the mandate to the Land of Israel was granted to the British, and the introduction to the mandate charter states clearly that it is based on the international recognition of the historic ties between the Jewish People and the Land of Israel. Clause II of that mandate charges Britain with 'ensuring the existence of political, administrative, and economic conditions that will guarantee the establishment of the Jewish national home in the Land of Israel.'" "Even the White Paper of 1922," emphasized the Jewish Nation's rights to the national home in the Land of Israel - while at the same time tearing away almost 80% of the mandate's area on the eastern side of the Jordan and giving it to Emir Abdullah." There is nothing in international law that requires a Palestinian state between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean - not even the UN Partition Resolution of Nov. 29, 1947. The fact that the Arab states did not accept the Partition Plan, voids the recommendation of any legal basis. Resolutions 242 and 338, which call for negotiations and a "withdrawal from territories" (not "withdrawal from THE territories") captured in 1967, are similarly "recommendations." These resolutions were drawn up under the UN Charter's Clause VI, which deals with non-mandatory recommendations - as opposed to Clause VII resolutions, "which are mandatory, and which deal with a threat to world peace, such as those taken against Iraq." If by chance you don't understand Intl. Law - you should take a lawyer and file for arbitration and explanations with the T.M.C. Asser Institute on Intl. Law in the Hague. Good Luck ALSO: Israel White Paper – Israel's Legal Rights to Judea, Samaria, and Gaza
82. 78 Tom: Learn who are Palestinians
Gabrielle Goldwater ,   Geneva Switzerland   (05.19.06)
You obviously have never been to the reagion - it was Desert - and Israel made it turn into vertile land with still now turning more of it into land that is irrigated Their system is studied world-wide since it could be the answer for many African regions The world hates those who can turn negatives into positives And it is obvious you are one of those Haters Now Stop posting crap and BS Another fact you have not learned The term "Palestinian" is itself a masterful twisting of history. To portray themselves as indigenous, Arab settlers adopted the name of an ancient Mediterranean tribe, the Philistines ("Invaders" in Hebrew), that disappeared out over almost 3000 years ago. The connection between this tribe and modern day Arabs is nil. Romans, in order to conceal their shame and anger with rebellious regions, changed the references to Judea and Samaria by naming them Palestine. 1. Nationhood and Jerusalem - Israel became a nation in the 14th century B.C.E. Two thousand years before the rise of Islam. 2. Since 1272 B.C.E. the Jews have had dominion over the land for up to 1,000 years with a continuous Jewish presence in the land for the past 3,300 years. 3. The only Arab dominion since the Arab invasion and conquest in 635 C.E. lasted no more than 22 years. 4. King David founded the city of Jerusalem. Mohammed never came to Jerusalem. 5. For over 3,000 years, Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital. Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even when the Jordanians occupied Jerusalem, they never sought to make it their capital and Arab leaders did not come to visit. 6. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in Tanach, the Jewish Holy Scriptures. Jerusalem is not mentioned once in the Koran. 7. Jews pray facing Jerusalem. Muslims pray facing Mecca (often with their backs toward Jerusalem). 8. In 1854, according to a report in the New York Tribune, Jews constituted two-thirds of the population of that holy city. 9. In 1867, Mark Twain took a tour of Palestine. This is how he described that land: A desolate country whose soil is rich enough but is given over wholly to weeds. A silent, mournful expanse. We never saw a human. 10. In 1882, official Ottoman Turk census figures showed that, in the entire Land of Israel, there were only 141 000 Muslims, both Arab and non-Arab. 11. A travel guide to Palestine and Syria was published in 1906 by Karl Baedeker; estimated the total population of Jerusalem at 60,000, of whom 7,000 were Muslims, 13,000 were Christians and 40,000 were Jews. 12. In 1922, with what was widely acknowledged as the illegal separation of Transjordan, the Jews were forbidden to settle on almost 77% of the Palestine, while Arab settlement went unrestricted and encouraged by British mandatory authority. Did you know that Saudi Arabia was not created until 1913, Lebanon until 1920? Iraq did not exist as a nation until 1932, Syria until 1941; the borders of Jordan were established in 1946 and Kuwait in 1961. Any of these nations that would say Israel is only a recent arrival would have to deny their own rights as recent arrivals as well. They did not exist as countries. They were all under the control of the Turks. Over 80% of the original British Mandate land was given to Arabs without population transfer of Arabs from the land designated for Jews.

My dear G., You keep accusing me of having an agenda yet it is you that has not , in even one of your dozens of posts on this one article, addressed one issue. As for my being on your "Jewish" site, please forgive my trespass as I came here on a link from the site What Really Happened .com. I was interested as to why these people were being denied security clearances; no agenda. Yet now, I see that you are attacking anyone who even hints at a doubt of honesty from the Israeli government or those loyal to it. Hold on to your knickers G.but all governments lie, spy, and promote their own agenda. Yet you claim the moral high ground by your name calling and frankly your childish yelling of the same reptitive mantra. how many times does one have to tell you that I HAVE NO AGENDA! I HATE NO ONE! now if you will please stop the name calling and give us the benefit of your 40 years of experience in this area and for once in your rant adress the issues or if you refuse, then just go away. Is this website exclusively for Jews only? If it is then just tell me and I'll go away and never return.

I have figured you out Gabrielle. You are not human, you are a computer program aren't you? I must admit you are a sophisticated program but through the spewing of the same parroted lines , the lack of depth in your commentary, and your inability to address the issues, it leads to only one conclusion that you are a computer program. It explains it all. Fasinating. This is my first encounter with such a device but I must admit I'm disappointed your programmers would activate you so prematurely ,but then again they must begin some where. If I am wrong and you are a real human being (which I seriously doubt) I apologize but my comments about the lack of depth etc. still stand. Good-bye
