State terror ? Interesting concept. You mean like Russia 1917 - 1991, North Korea today, Haiti always, Germany 1933 - 1945 or do you mean America, that mean country run by mean dictators who only exploit the people who have never known what freedom is and have suffered abject poverty and oppression for over 200 years. That is why these folks have Thanksgiving once a year, to offer a prayer for those "State Terror Collusionists" who send them all that aid to alleviate their poverty. What would they do without them?
