The "northern" govt army is Arab complete with its official army and "unoficial" arab militias. The "southern" rebels on the opposing side are Black Africans and they are the ones who are being ethnically cleansed and murdered in their millions by the Arab government of Sudan. Working myself with refugees, it is essential to determine if these are political refugees or if they are economical refugees. If they came from Sudan through Egypt to Israel then they are usually economical refugees and I believe they should be sent back to Egypt.

Israel should determine if the Sudanese refugees are Christian Africans fleeing the persecutions and the genocides inflicted on them by the Arab Islamist-Jihadist Janjaweed Al Queda terrorists. If they are, they should be helped, trained in bearing arms in defending their homeland in Darfur--Southern Sudan. They should then be transported back to a secure place in Darfur to repulse the terrorists and regain their homeland. If the West cannot send forces to help the millions of Christian Africans in Darfur/Southern Sudan who have suffered the Holocaust in their homeland , they can help the survivors by training and arming them to fight for their security, existence and independence. The West has done this for the Kurds, Kosovars and the Bosnians. Surely, the West can help the persecuted African Christians in Darfur defend their homeland. Failure to do so will only embolden Al Queda terrorists to spread their tentacles and conquer Africa into their sphere of influence.

Its easy to see who lived in Israel first. Just go to Jerusalem and look at the Western Wall of the 2nd temple. Its built below the Al Aksa mosque.
