What is regrettable is your intolerance -- indeed, a seeming hatred -- of those who differ. You "LOL" at the notion of an Arab who knows something of democracy; you generalize the reprehensible acts of a few extremists to a population of millions; and you ridicule via ad hominem responses those who express their reasoned opinions. "Bigot" is defined as: "One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ." Regardless of whether the British academics supporting the boycott are bigots, placing yourself within the definition will not help you advance your cause -- rather, doing so leads the very accusations of hypocrisy that you distribute to be returned to the sender. If you want to make a difference, open your mind, try to understand where others are coming from, and engage in constructive dialogue. Otherwise, your diatribes may help you internally validate your perceptions of anti-semitism, but that is likely all they will accomplish.

It seems a significant number of people support the aparthied of Arabs in occupied Palestine. They need to be aware that this won't be permitted by the civilised world. If they don't like being boycotted then they need to stop their support for racist oppression.
