2. iran buying time
chaim ,   phoenix usa   (06.01.06)
No one can say exactly what it looks like when a planet takes ill, but it probably looks a lot like what is happening now. The free world is following their method of understanding to their version of trusting in the supposedly goodness of mankind, if given a chance even if such trust has yet to earned and derided by the antagonistic attitude espoused by the party being trusted. Islam entire history is steeped in treachery and deception, utilizing any and all means to obscure their true intentions. Iran’s declarations of their need to become a nuclear power is being obscured by reasoning other then their desire to “Wipe Israel off The Map”. Iran knows that the current unrest in the Moslem world has nothing to do with Israel or with land rights as evidenced by the Iran Iraq war fought for 8 years 20-25 years ago as is further evidenced by the conflicts raging in the world in, Africa, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Pakistan Iran, Iraq and other countries that have, or host a Moslem community. What the world is experiencing as much as the free world is trying to deny, is the current violence and conflict are of a religious nature, pitting Islamic theocracy and religious values against any and all other ideologies or beliefs. The religious Islamic leaders, are driven by a sense of following a divinely required rational need to impose their religious doctrine through the “Sword” and have the world becoming subservient and being subjected to Islamic domination . The western world is trying to come judge the Islamic version of just what is the true essence of mankind’s role in this world and what is considered as the “goodness of man” According to the free worlds understanding but unfortunately such version is unacceptable according to Islam. I hope that the world will not fall into the trap of accommodating a budding theocracy led revolution that may be the beginning of the end of human civilization as we know it. Any nuclear exchange between any antagonists will engulf the entire planet and will not be rectifiable as was the case after all previous world conflicts.
3. disaster in Afghanistan, disaster in Iraq, and Iran awaits
Marcel ,   Florida   (06.01.06)
The U.S. military is spread too thin and our money has run out with billions of dollars wasted in the Iraq fiasco of dreamy nut bar Bush. He's awaken to the mess he has in iraq and how our treoops there are sitting ducks. WE'RE BANKRUPT and unable to continue in our role as '' the'' World Empire.Superpower The dumb leader and his moronic idea of tameing Islam with democracy is an utter failure. Those who watch what is happening in Iraq and Afghanistan know it has brought more trouble to Israel and the region .The cancer of Bush's road map has infected all of Gaza with even more radical Islamic terrorists. That Israel follows after this fool president does not bode well for their immediate future.
4. Iranian War
Shaka   (06.01.06)
Iran is prepared for War has been fighting a War with the US and Israel since the revolution and will continue to do so. The problem is that the US and Israel have not awoken from their sleep yet they don't act like they are in a War. The enemy is still relatively weak now but is growing stronger. If Iran get a nuclear weapon there will be a nuclear battle period. Whether they launch or give terrorits proxy armies to launch for them it will happen. You can offer Iran all the money in the world they want more they want to rule it and for that they need nuclear weapons. We must coordinate a mass attack and wipe out all their nuclear facilities while taking out their crazy leadership and perhaps the rest of Iran could pull itself together for a civilized country but that is of no concern to us. We need to derstroy there capabilities we do not need to occupy them.
5. hip hip for #4
alan ,   frisco   (06.01.06)
regardless of the spin, regardless of the interpretations of the motives of either side in this Mexican standoff, the gloves will have to be removed soon. tis better to bomb than be bombed when nukes are the bomb of choice when you have an irrational regime of dictators who believe the next Maddi is waiting in the wings, it is best to treat the threat as real and destroy it asp. The sooner Iran's nuclear facilities are toasted, the sooner we can breath a big sigh of relief
6. Getting others involved create more mess
Brod ,   USA   (06.01.06)
Getting other countries involved in dealing with Iran create more mess. First, the chicken create more chicken and therefore more mess. Second, too many cooks spoil the broth. Third, it gives more time for Iran to complete their nukes. Fourth, time is running out to remove this existential threat confronting Israel. Fifth, Iran and the Islamist-Jihadist world are laughing to see the chicken come up with all kinds of desperate craps. Sixth, Israel and the West face this existential threat from a fanatical Islamist-Jihadist regime almost everyday as the clock keeps ticking toward Armageddon. It is more efficient and effective for Israel to address this existential threat on their own way and timing rather than involving chickens to create more mess and give more time for Iran to accomplish their evil intention.
