The Arabs living there are from the most part immigrants from neighboring lands. Jews have not been permitted to live there freely due to numerous programs and military attacks. This discrimination is the source of the military attacks. There should be no Hamas government that attacks Jews, and Jews should be permitted to live east of Omert's fence in peace without Hamas violence against Jews! Hamas's charter espouses violence against all Jews to prevent their settlment (which for the most part has not occured, being that most Jews live OUTSIDE OF ISRAEL), and that is why Hamas needs to be sent away to reslove this problem.

According to the photo, Chompy is no chihuahua. He looks more like a pit bull. Walking an unmuzzled dog in an edgy neighborhood can be a hazard. Also, in the US such nice people as drug dealers buy big dogs or pit bulls and train them to attack / intimidate people. Is Chompy just a nice little dog, or has his owner been using him as a pawn in the Hevron settler campaign? Maybe the police know Itamar is less than a nice guy? Maybe the animal rights people should check in too. If Chompy is really being used, he would be at risk in any disturbance, makimng a clear case of cruelty to animals.
