To BR #18 and #29 ... I think you make some good points. But, to keep Gilo or Ariel, israel should trade back land 1 for 1, not 1 for 9 that they took ... Also, Jerusalem can be whole, eventually, but both sides can have a presence there. As for the refugees, they are NOT going to return. A Palestinian who supports the Two-State solution CANNOT support the ROR, and vice versa. BUT, a palestinian can argue legitimately that the Palestinians have a legal right to return, but int he context of a settlement, that is not possible. Israel can apologize (actually both sides should apologize for what they have done to each other) and offer compensation. Part of the problem is pride. We don't want to do good for the other. To #19.
