Everyone has a Bazooka, A Grad , AK ...Even on the Beach. Someone tell these nutters that these are dangerous. So, it's OK to kill Palestnians. Epitomises the Israeli governments racist ideology. They have achieved the desired result of causing Hamas to break its ceasefire, thus perpetuating the violence - all good for Israel: we can't have any remote justification for peace talks, otherwiise we'd not be able to take any more territory..

Syndrome = Lies Occupation only applies under International Law - vis-a-vis the territory of another SOVEREIGN STATE.... You can legally only occupy another State that was under different Sovereignty at the time of occupation - which does not apply to the PA Territories since they were not part of any Sovereign State .... Jordan and Egypt never had annexed any territories to become the sovereign of same, when Israel regained it's territories in a self-defense war. Therefore Legally Judea and Samaria (ancient historical Jewish land) are unassigned territories of the British Mandate for Palestine not "occupied territories." Israeli presence in Yesha does not constitute "occupation," and moreover, that the U.N. Partition Resolution of 1947 is a "recommendation" and not obligatory. "Up until 1948, Judea, Samaria and Gaza were a part of the British Mandate. In the 1948 War of Independence, Egypt illegally grabbed the Gaza Strip, and Jordan took Judea and Samaria, the 'West Bank.' Egypt did not claim sovereignty in Gaza, but Jordan deigned, in 1950, to annex Judea and Samaria. This annexation was not recognized by international law. The Arab nations objected to it, In 1967, after the Six Day War, these territories - which were originally meant for the Jewish Nation's National Home according to the Mandate Charter - returned to Israeli control." in 1988, King Hussein of Jordan rescinded its legal and administrative ties to Judea and Samaria. "According to international law," "Israel has full right to try to populate the entire Land of Israel with dense Jewish settlement, and thus actualize the principles set by the League of Nations in the original Mandate Charter of San Remo in 1920. At that time, the mandate to the Land of Israel was granted to the British, and the introduction to the mandate charter states clearly that it is based on the international recognition of the historic ties between the Jewish People and the Land of Israel. Clause II of that mandate charges Britain with 'ensuring the existence of political, administrative, and economic conditions that will guarantee the establishment of the Jewish national home in the Land of Israel.'" "Even the White Paper of 1922," emphasized the Jewish Nation's rights to the national home in the Land of Israel - while at the same time tearing away almost 80% of the mandate's area on the eastern side of the Jordan and giving it to Emir Abdullah." There is nothing in international law that requires a Palestinian state between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean - not even the UN Partition Resolution of Nov. 29, 1947. The fact that the Arab states did not accept the Partition Plan, voids the recommendation of any legal basis. Resolutions 242 and 338, which call for negotiations and a "withdrawal from territories" (not "withdrawal from THE territories") captured in 1967, are similarly "recommendations." These resolutions were drawn up under the UN Charter's Clause VI, which deals with non-mandatory recommendations - as opposed to Clause VII resolutions, "which are mandatory, and which deal with a threat to world peace, such as those taken against Iraq." If by chance you don't understand Intl. Law - you should take a lawyer and file for arbitration and explanations with the T.M.C. Asser Institute on Intl. Law in the Hague. http://www.asser.nl/index.htm Good Luck ALSO: Israel White Paper – Israel's Legal Rights to Judea, Samaria, and Gaza http://www.israelwhitepaper.org/

Keep taking the action Israeli citizens require. No more cessation of fire against terrorists, no matter amongst whom they hide. Let it be on their heads if the result is collateral damage. Better collateral damage on their side that on Israel's side.

15. Palestine never existed
David ,   canada   (06.13.06)
Iti is a well known fact that Arabs, whom occupied Israel for centuries never were interested in the creation of a Palestinian state, as they were simply all Arabs. The Palestinian entity, which was at best a handful of nomadic people, was brought into the picture when Arabs lost their multiple wars against Israel when the latter re-conquered its rightful land from 1948 onwards. Since then, these so called Palestinians have been used as pawns and placed on the map by the Arab world as a tactical move to keep their hold on the Jewish state . Today, Palestinians are being offered a state alongside Israel but the Arab propaganda machine and its insatiable hatred towards Jews will only worsen the Palestinian cause. If Palestinians could realize this, they would be grateful of what israel is willing to do just for the sake of peace.

When we were in Morocco, Spain, Egypt, Russia, Iraq, Germany, Yemen, etc. people kept telling us to go back where we came from. So we did. And now you have decided we don't come from our homeland either? Where did we come from? Outer space?

23. so why is there a "next year in Jerusalem"?
Karim ,   Morocco   (06.14.06)
For all who claim that most Jews were kicked out of the Arab states, consider the following: + Morocco has for a while banned Jewish immigration to Israel after wars were started. Only under pressure from Zionist organizations, that the government of Morocco allowed it. + Iraq has tried to discourage its Jewish citizens from leaving by requiring them to give up their citizenship if they so choose to leave for Israel. Many did. Therefore this claim that Arab states kicked its Jews out is simply one big myth and one of the big Zionist lies. The Arab states for obvious reasons did not want to send more Zionist-Jews to Palestinian lands. So how did many people leave? 1- Religious brainwash and indoctrination. Fundamentalist Rabbis have been brainwashing their people for centuries with "Next year in Jerusalem". Imagine if you were born in Casablanca, Morocco but each time you pray, they remind you that "your home is really in Jerusalem" because God decided so 5000 years ago. The obsession over the promised land after 2000 years can only be understood in fanatical religious terms. 2- Some left out of fear because of the Zionist/Arab wars. This is a legitimate feeling and one can understand it. People leave during wars but usually come back. That was not the case for mainly religious reasons and because of scare tactics employed by Zionists themselves. 3- Historical persecution. This is again legitimate but it was used by the Zionists excessively to engage in the same persecution Jews suffered from on Palestinians. 4- Few were evicted out, namely in Egypt after the Lavon affair, but one has to remember that the Zionists were dying for it. They were doing everything they could to have Jews leave either by force, through coercion (religious, ideologically) or voluntary. The Zionists turned these people (Jews from the Arab world) into land stealers and have implicated them in this never ending conflict. There are 5000 Jews still living in Morocco. Nothing happened them, and they have equal rights. The Moroccan Jews suffered more in Israel because of Ashkenazi racism than anywhere else.

Maybe it's about time you Arabs got out of Jewish land and returned to Arabia where you came from---or was it Syria, Yemen, Egypt., Irak, Morocco or wherever. You have so many countries. Jews have only one.
25. #24 Only one but it was stolen
Karim ,   Morocco   (06.14.06)
from the natives. Israel did not exist on the map of world for 2000 years. Jewish people must acknowledge this basic fact. Israel was founded based on land theft. Arabs are over 250 million people so of course they have many more countries. If Jews were 250 million, they would too.
