Let the high court leave defense matters to the defense establishment. They are not security people.There are matters more important than the law.A good example is saving lives. I think that stopping terrorist is more important than some arab farmers going to their fields.

They, and Mazuz, their diseased lackey, should be removed, and the powers of thier offices strictly and clearly specified. It's not tough.
