Israel is not signatory of the Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT). So, its supposed nuclear arsenal is perfectly legal. Furthermore, the iranian nuclear endeavour has nothing to do with Israel : it started with the Shah, a good ally of Jerusalem.

If Iran is determined to get the atom bomb,it will do so no matter what anybody else wants. Because of the debacle in Iraq, there is very little leverage that the US or the west have over Iran and indeed any military action can only delay but not stop Iran Nuclear project but the consequences will be disasterous as far US interests in the region are concerned. The only way out is a nuclear free middle east which will be acceptable as long asIsrael gives up its atomic weapons. That's the spirit,Daniel.We should ensure that both these countries are disarmed of nuclear weapons(I am assuming that Iran already has Nuclear Weapons) so that the Middle East remain a nuclear free zone.How many readers will agree to that?

We should de-nuclearize the Middle East and the entire world. Also, we should put an end to terrorism, human rights violations, poverty and disease. Furthermore, everyone should just get along.
