This is nothing new, so why is it being "hyped"? One of the earliest stories I saw, right after this happened, said that the bodies received in Israel's hospitals didn't have any shrapnel. It's a little hard to believe that doctors and hospital personnel are engaged in a conspiracy to blame IDF. If they're going to do that, why didn't they simply kill the child and perform one of those next-day burials to cover up the evidence and blame Israel for the death? Moreover, we have today's IAF strike. Are people going to complain that the dead bodies of those children don't have the right kind of shrapnel, so IAF didn't do it? It's very simple: IDF and IAF do far more harm to Israel by these mistakes than by letting a few people slip by and waiting for another day to get them.
