The fact that "the fence has been branded illegal by the World Court" tells me that the fence is saving lives, because anything that the so called "World Court" considers wrong is probably right and instumental for blessing Israel (same with the UN - United Nothing). You World Court...who made you our arbitrators? Waters should do community service of cleaning our streets as penalty for writing grafitti on our walls.
