if this appears in the "culture" section of a major Israeli daily, then it serves as a sad indictement on Israeli society and its culture. I could understand, however if the article appeared in the "pop" or "teens" section for example.
And another thing - its always helarious to watch Israelis trying to be something that they are not by immitating the ways of other nations (in this case western nations). It comes accross as very lame to say the least. You certainly wont gain any respect from anyone, lest of all the naitons who you try to immitate (they will just laugh at your down right lameness). Israel can only gain respect and stay strong if it does not compromise its own culture & hertiage (with all the morals and ethics that go with that).

She is definitely well known and is on the most "celeb" list in Israel, including on Shmulik Tayar's webpage tayar.co.il
Pictures in this article seem to be the worst but she does photograph well most of the time. And Yehuda Levi is the hunk from Yossi and Jagger (he was Jagger) and also in Sholeshet Schwartz and many other films and he broke up with his girlfriend to date her so she must be pretty in person.
