The short of it is that the "Palestinians" need to be realigned to one (or more) of the Arab countries instead of remaining in the Jewish one. This can be achieved by simultaneously squeezing them economically by removing all Israeli assistance and by offering them some money to get out. If Israel had leadership (even secular leadership) that was results-driven, this would have been implemented when the Oslo "intifada" began. The plus side of expelling the "Palestinians" is that Israel's fifth column (the so-called Israeli Arabs, who actually consider themselves "Palestinians") will be so terrified that their behavior will improve drammatically. Neither of us gives a damn about the Pals (as is evident from your plan to have Arab countries give them "Arab justice"); my plan at least gets them out of the country without shrinking Israel any further, and it gives them a bit of cash before converging them.
