The women and youths aged under 18 years in Israeli jails are there because of terrorism related issues. They are not innocent and have everything to do with the intifada and violence against the Jewish state. Such a move would encourage more such kidnappings - The Israelis know it , the Arabs know it and Atmawi knows it. Giving in the demands of murderers justifies and condones their atrocities and encourages them to do the same again. As the Palestinian leadership broadcasts the plight of it's own people in the midst of their kidnapping of Gilad perhaps the real question that should be asked is that "if the Palestinians care about their own people they will release Gilad Shalit, recognise the right of Israel to exist and return to the negotiating table instead of pursuing their agenda of destroying Israel".

Their spiritual leader, the Grand Mufti al-Husseini, even went to Berlin, set up the "Nazi scouts" (to immitate the indoctrination used within the Hitler Youth), set up troops in Msulim Bosnia in 1940.
