If this was a Jew or an Israeli who did this for nationalistic motives then it wasn't a criminal act but a terrorist act. There haven't been many Jewish terrorists but the few that we have had bring a sense of shame, horror, and shock to all Israelis because we hold ourselves to a much higher standard than our neighbors hold themselves. To say that Israelis roundly condemn such actions is the understatement of the world. We don't have the death penalty here but I don't know anyone who wasn't extremely glad that the last Israeli terrorist who took the life of other innocent Israelis was torn to pieces before he could be arrested.
