IF the Arabs living in Sumaria launched a rocket, IF they believe all Israel will be in range of said rockets, WHAT do they think the response will be once on of those said rockets actually lands? If rockets are being fired at you the solution is... to withdraw and bring them closer??? In what army did you serve? The only solution to kassams is to control the territory, you cannot defend a lower territory from artillery when it is fired from highgrounds! Read and listen, no plane can stop kassams, especially when they are fired from hospitals, schools and civilian population centers, nobody will let us indiscriminatly bomb kids and sick people in order to save ourselves, even if we would of withdrawn to the green line, and instead of keeping a few battlions to guard areas inhabitated by friendly population (settlements were built on high barren hills in order to improve control of the territory, you know) you will need several brigades in order to invade and keep control of hostile territory. That's without even mentioning that now terrorists will be able to travel freely from Hebron to Kal Kiliya, pass information, work together on weapon production, while today they have to fight over every district alone, while under constant raids and arrests, and like what's happening today in Gaza, al Qaeda, Hizballah, foreign terrorists and advisers will infiltrate the area with information and arms, Jordan's stability will be at risk and other things which are short of this platform.
