1. Ridiculous: And Worse
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (07.11.06)
As one who only buys kosher products, the notion that they are "purer and higher in quality than the non-kosher products" is pure bunk. We eat kosher food because G-d commanded us to. Period. So for JEWS, yes, it certainly IS "purer". For non-Jews, there is no issue. The commandment is upon US. Our role in the world is to be a "light unto the nations". Marketing kosher food to the nations as something that is not (for them) is simply wrong. I have no problems with them buying it if they want to. In fact, that's great if they do buy kosher food, but be honest with them about what kashrut is- and isn't.

There are alot of health benefits to eating the foods that God said to eat. Do not eat or use spam. They are bad for you.

Why not? Matzoh is already more popular (G-d knows why?) among the goyim. I cant wait to see gefilte fish on the mass market. And winos passed out on Manishevits wine (is that possible?) Meanwhile, I will continue to buy fresh, nonpackaged kosher foods. Oy Vey!

Once upon a time I kept kosher, but haven't in decades. Pretty much since coming to Israel. I'm glad you are honest enough to "call the kid by his name" as they say in Hebrew. Surprising how many ignorant secular people out there who think that kosher food is of a better quality than non-kosher foods. Plenty of transfats in kosher food and scandals at kosher meat packing places, just like at nokosher places.

No problem of advertising Manichewithz. But to be honest, their product line is blend and unhealthy. Eating "kosher" chemical food aditives and transfats are not any better. I would say improve line of product, make them tasty and healthy.
