I'm sorry, but the David and Goliath analogy is incorrect. In truth, it is Israel that is David, and the surrounding Arab countries constitute Goliath. And trust me, David will win again. Israel is God's chosen nation -- and they will not fall.

You are mistaken in using the David versus Goliath analogy here as there is one very major difference; in this case, the "latter day David's" as you call them, are the true eveil.
