what's to say? 40 years of brutal occupation continue, and my country is making it possible

It is so sad to hear about what the Palestinian people are going through, but I understand that Israel has a right to defend itself. I think if Mexicans were firing missiles into the border states of Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada, the US would have to do the same thing. US citizens would not allow a neighbor to repeatedly attack us with no retribution.

a foreign minister .... Well, somehow indeed he is ...totally foreign to what being a minister that is. He remains a simple low level gangster and the only "foreign contacts " that he has are with other terrorist organisation. This man has hatred painted all over his face and from what people close to him say behind his back , he treats his fellow human beings with contempt for the simple reason that he carries the dubious title of " foreign minister" !
6. Blame the occupation

If it wasn't for Israel's continued occupation of PA terriorities, we would not be seeing this bloodshed today. Is boming the foreign ministry building really an act of self- defense? Yes, Israel has a right to defend itself, but so do the Palestinians.
7. Israel you're too nice, not bombing when they are home

Hey Kev: How do you explain bloodshed in the wars waged against Israel in 1948 and 1956 before the so called "occupation" began? Way back then all of the so called occupied territories were part of Egypt and Jordan. And why didn't Egypt want Gaza to given back to Egypt together with Sinai when we signed the peace treaty with them in 1977? The blame for the bloodshed belongs to the Arab/Muslim countries/authorities that don't accept Israel's right to exist even within the pre-1967 borders. The blame for the bloodshed belongs to Arab/Muslim leaders (including the Egyptian and Palestinian leaders) who prefer to hold the pathetic Palestinans hostage in their refugee status rather than resolve the conflict. In 2000, when Israel offered Arafat 97% of all the "occupied territories", he didn't negotiate. He responded with the second intifada. Futhermore, we left Gaza a year ago and they aren't "occupied" any more. I suggest you educate yourself rather than mindlessly swallow Palestinan propaganda.
9. Not just a wing, take out the whole building IDF
Brana Lobel ,   USA   (07.17.06)
No crocodile tears for the criminal "Palis"who toss Israeli soldiers' heads around in the streets (remember that, you posters crying over the "palis"?)--"occupy" your brains with some genuine thoughts for a change. Go get 'em IDF!!!!!
10. Blame the what?
J ,   Newcastle   (07.17.06)
if only Israel's retaliation has disrupted the nice internecine war the Palestinians had in Gaza just after Israel pleased them in making the Gaza Strip judenrein for them.
11. Ehhhaa, this building
