Dear Susan, Why do you say such a thing? If these people love each other, what's the problem? Isn't love something beautiful, something we should cherish, something which makes this world a better place? It's not about colour, race or religion..... its all about about love! I - as a "gentile" in your own words - am together with a beautiful Israeli girl.... a girl I love deeply..... Does that make her a bad person.... ? Or me...? How would it be for her, if she was discriminated against back in Holland.... ? Don't you think that love could be the perfect way to understand each other, get together, and live in harmony? Shall you & I just come to terms with each other, and make this world a great place full of love? Or do you really prefer that people all around the world keep being hostile towards each other.... ? I can hardly imagine that.... Or am I just naive? Anyway, a big dash for you from Amsterdam Hope to see you around there somewhere!

Susan ,   Jerusalem   (07.18.06)
Hi there. When I used the word "Gentile" I certainly meant nothing derogatory. I also used the word "Jew". Love is a beautiful thing but as an Orthodox Jewess I am instructed to marry within my religion. This in no way means any hostility to any other religion and you will find that we, in Israel, welcome you with open arms to our country. Dash to you, too, in Amsterdam.

Hi Susan, Thanks for your reply.... No worries and no harm done! I guess we are on the same page, despite our different backgrounds. Obviously, I respect the way you look at life. In general, religion is all about love as well, isn't it? I hope you already have a great Jewish guy to share your life with .... or you will find one soon (provided that you dont choose to stay single, which is perfectly fine with me as well of course)... Perhaps even a Dutch one... They aren't that bad at all ;-) Anyway, keep up the good vibes and take good care! Warm regards from a hot Amsterdam
10. Happy and gorgeous couple

How romantic! Love this article and "yes" Leo and Bar have found the time to nurture their relationship. There were many sightings of the two in the last past weeks in L.A., Vegas, NY and Maine. We had cute reports in different U.S columns. Mr. DiCaprio has finished his filming and has taken all his free time to spend moments with his lovely lady! I wish them lots of happiness!

Shalom ,   Israel   (07.19.06)
Susan, I don't think that you really explained properly - it's not about being Orthodox, or about being "better"; Jewish people for 3000 years survived because they married "within the fold" as the Torah tells us - assimilation has accounted for more than 50% of Jews being lost to their people - which is more than Hitler accomplished. Simple as that.
14. Better than what?
Sue ,   U.S.A   (10.08.06)
Better than what?? I understand not assimilating, but I'm a little confused by what you mean it's about being "better".
