31. #29 deporting Betselem to Gaza
Rustum ,   London, UK   (07.21.06)
What a foul and small-minded piece of ugly nonsense you wrote: "if your main goal is to whitewash terrorist scum - go live in Gaza". Not very nice at all, if you ask me. I think, Alex motek, that the goal of human rights organisations is to protect human rights. In a time of war, this is doubly necessary. Perhaps even you, with the chicken-mind of a fascist rat, might see that using civilians as protection is not something which is recognised as part of warfare. When Saddam Hussein used human shields the world screamed, and so should the world when Israeli soldiers used human shields. The concept is 100% odious and leads one to say if you cannot fight a war according to any standards of civilised behaviour (maybe a contradiction in terms, anyway) then admit that you are a bunch of uncivilised dirty-fighting animals lacking in courage. Perhaps that is indeed what your army is - since dropping bombs from a great height onto civilian areas of Lebanon takes absolutely zilch courage. What a pity so many of you here take such a maximalist view - that the protection of human rights is a sign of support for terrorists. It must be really dreadful to live with one's mind locked into this pathetically now world where there is no subtlety, no shades of colour but simply a knee-jerk reaction. It is so reminiscent of other great fascist states in history, and I think we do not have to remind you which one. My only other suggestion is that you deport yourself to Gaza and offer yourself as a human shield for your brave soldiers who are busy shooting up the refugee camps at this very moment. Obviously a very noble mission.
32. Deport B'tselem to Gaza?

Gee, it looks like they already are headquartered there!

As usual a stupid small-minded comment - "gee it looks like Betselem are already headquartered there" You right wing idiots are your own worst enemies. Not only are you flattening Lebanon for no valid reason, or at least for a given reason which is so pathetic that it lacks all credibility, but you seem to think that your "moral army" of gun-toting teenagers should be beyond and above all moral considerations. "Gee, it looks like they are headquartered there" - simply seems like you despise anything to do with human rights. One can only assume that if you were arrested, held without trial, used as a human shield, etc you do not wish any human rights group to take up your cause. in which case, I suggest you sign a public declaration which says that in the event of Arie ben Ishaal having his human rights abused, the said person does not wish any human rights group to represent him. Taht would apply if his house is bulldozered, if he is used as a human shield, or if he is imprisoned without charge by a hostile nation for many years. As your evil army flattens more of Lebanon, you seem to think it is all one big joke. Perhaps it is all one big joke for you - but you obviously lack completely the imagination to see that hundreds and thousands of people are suffering unecessarily and that the human rights groups operating within Israel are just about the only vestiges of humanity left in your pays de merde.

Btselems place is not Gaza. They would parade again as fake martyrs. Instead, their place is outdoors in Sderot or Kiryat Chmona. So that they might appreciate whether their rockets are kinder than ours.

It is very easy to stop my criticism of this 'idiot with a fluent English' by not publishing my retort in # 30 calling it 'Ugly Language' Ugly Language that has survived your screening is his… quote: groups operating within Israel are just about the only vestiges of humanity left in your Translation Unquote. I would expect more evenhandedness from your part.
36. #35 ugly sentiments
Rustum ,   London, UK   (07.22.06)
your ugly language, wanting to send betselem to Gaza and refusing to accept the role of human rights organisations is matched by your sentiments in #35. Cringingly you beg for my retort not to be published. Rather a sad day for you living far from danger in New York to be calling for a clamp down on freedom of opinion. I do apologise to you if the heat is a little much when people express opinions that you do not like. However, the opinions you have attempted to express have been to the minds of many here completely odious and unacceptable. I do not recall anyone calling for your thoughts not to be published - venomous as they are regarding the non-Jewish population of Israel and the rest of the Near East. Now certain people here write regularly exhorting the Israeli government to "nuke" various neighbouring countries. Abominable as these statements are, it seems that in this world people are entitled to express their thoughts. You obviously do not agree with this and this makes me seriously question your academic credentials. When the Israeli government invites you (huh!) to be on their next negotiating team, I wonder how you will react when you hear opposing opinions. I would once again say "academic"? Many sham institutions must have received a bit of a backhander.

Friends in Israel, Keep up the good work. Go after the thugs in lebanon.

I suggest you read the Bible/Torah again. Isaac was saved from the knife, thro Abrahams faith, Ishmael was cast out.
