There will be a ranking system for ALL immigrants anyway btw. This had already been agreed upon some time ago. As I gather from other news, the Jewish communities in Germany are having a very hard time integrating immigrants, and are appreciating the move.

Here is another idea : Germany has every right to re-TURN all the arabs and the muslims living in Germany (more than 3 millions - 3,7% of the population) to their original countries and this as soon as possible and " with a clean conscience ".

that I am not the only person who has read Bat Ye'or and her book Eurabia. It's clear to this reader that the politics of Europe speak loud and clear - through the mullahs in their minarets into the parlimentary houses on the continent.

The vast majority of today's Germans are nothing like those who brought Hitler to power years ago, and yet....I can't help but feel it strange that Jews would want to settle there. Having said that, I find it ironic in the extreme that Germany would want to slow Jewish immigration while at the same time allowing Muslims, who in the main do not share western values, to come in almost unfettered. If I were in German government, I would see Jews as being good for Germany but I would be very concerned about the Muslims. I'm an American, and even though my mother is German and I have very nice relatives there, I have hesitated to visit Germany. Call it irrational if you want, but I can't get over what the Germans did. I'm not sure I'll ever go there. It would certainly be one of the last places on my list to visit. (And Israel would be among the first.)

well, I am German and I am quite surprised by your attitude. If I were jewish, I am sure I would prefer to immigrate to Germany over Israel too. No suicide bombers, not terrorist attacks, no Hezbollah rockets here. Instead I would find a liberal, welcoming society. I don't like what you are saying about Muslims either. That is racist!!! Our Muslims are mainly from Turkey. They are nice people too. They are not the crazy fundamentalists you have in the Mideast. So please don't be so prejudiced, not all Muslims are bad!
