If it is to destroy Hizbulla, clearly this is not going to happen. Even if Israel manages to create a 1-2 Km buffer zone, Hizbulla will remain as much a threat as they ever were. If this is to free the abducted soldiers, it is also clear that this will only happen in the context of prisoners exchange which Israel could have done without a single casualty. If it is to establish some kind of deterrance, then the opposite may in fact happen (if we can't deter Hamas, can we deter Hizbulla?) If the objective is to punish the lebanese civilians, that can be achieved So, at the end, this is not a winnable war. The israeli public is being manipulated by the goverment and their hopes for security will be crushed. We need to stop bombing and start talking, then we may achieve something that we can call good news

I think that it's high time for our Arab co-citizens to stand by their country(I mean the one they are citizens of) and realize that we are all in this together. The Arabs here are Sunnis, as are the Palestinians. They should beware of Hizbolleh. If Hizbolleh wins, they"ll all be going to the Shiite mosque.
