1- Ehud Olmert is now claiming the IDF had warned the civillians to leave Qana before bombing it : IDF is openly targeting any moving object on what is left of roads, including AMBULANCES, HUMANITARIAN AID CONVOYS, PRESS VEHICLES (all of which are clearly marked), and even MOTORCYCLES!! This has happened before in Marwahin when the IDF told the residents to leave then bombed their convoy when they did. Civillians are simply trapped in southern villages, awaiting their impending doom. 2- Did the IDF warn the 120 civillians that were sheltered in a UN base in Qana in 1996 before bombing them? 3- The IDF claims this war is against Hizballah, yet they still have to show us a single rocket launcher or an ammunition storage being destroyed. The IDF and the IAF are clearly and blatantly attacking civillians to pressure the Lebanese to ask for a ceasfire under israeli conditions. The IDF and IAF are using phosphorous, thermobaric, and cluster bombs against civillians. This indicates the failure of the IDF as an army. 4- Israel claims this is not a war against Lebanon, but only against Hizballah "terrorists", yet they attack infrastructure, communications, Lebanese Army bases (which they ask to deploy along the border). Israel is obviously not interested in having a prosperous neigbour that will challenge her economic and military superiority in the region. This campaign is solely aimed at the destruction of Lebanon as a nation. 5- Any mistake by the part of the IAF is ruled out, since Lebanese territory is being monitored by surveillance drones around the hour, and the IAF is using GPS, Radar, and LASER-guided munitions to bomb its targets with "surgical accuracy" (Thankfully provided by the USA). I don' t think the israeli and American taxpayers are spending billions of dollars yearly for the IAF to make mistakes.

Israel is not "redefining terrorism". There is no need to. DEFINITION: Reference: Title 22 of the US Code, Section 2656f(d): "premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience." This describes most of what Hamas, Fatah, Al Aqsa Brigades and Hizbollah do. I am sure that Libya, Cuba, Russia, HIzbollah, Hamas, PA, China, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea and similar countries would define it differently to exclude their misdeeds, but the definition is well-established in law. There is, by the wya, no internationally agreed to definition that is DIFFERENT from the above definition because the United Nations can't find one that includes everything Israel does, but excludes everything Arabs do. But the definition in use by most of the free world is fairly clear, and it does not include Israeli actions, even if those actions are "terrifying". Israel is a sovereign state, not a subnational group, protecting its interests under rules of war. Its actions are to achieve clearly defined military goals, which are to protect its citizens and boundaries, and these objectives are guarded priviliges of nations under the UN charter. Israel gives non-combatants and civilians ample opportunity to leave an area of heavy fighting. Any protection of interests under rules of war are by definition NOT terrorism.
