You aren't very clever There are many differences between a campaign agaisnt Egypt and one agaisnt Lebanon. Primarily is that it's very easy to guage how badly we will thrash Egypt. The fact is that the Egyptian airforce is no match for the IAF and the fact is that how exactly will Egypt invade Israel? You seem to have forgetten that by the peace agreement the Egyptian forces are not allowed into the sinai. The fact is that the Sinai is vast and VERY FLAT and OPEN desert. It would take Egypt quite some time to first even mobilise and then to cross the entirety of the sinai. Considering that the Sinai is about 2.5 times the size of Israel it would take Egyptian tank forces atleast 10 hours to cross the entirety of the Sinai. Which would pretty much leave them open to IAF bombardment from the air. And while it's for HIzb'allah to hide it's true casualty figures (400+), Egypt can't, smoldering tanks aren't really easy to hide. And as stated previously any tank, airplane, helicopter, US trained officer, etc. will not be replaced. They will have to fight and win with what they've got. Also remember that Israel hasn't forgotten when the Egyptian 3rd army threatened to move into the sinai. Israel has weapons ready to penerate the tunnels under the Suez basically cutting the Sinai off from the rest of Egypt. So Egyptian troops can be quite easily trapped in the Sinai. And DON'T FORGET, THE ASWAN DAM IS FAIR GAME.

First of all - learn to spell I-S-R-A-E-L.....this country will never disappear, so get used to it. Egypt would be incredibly foolish to dissolve the peace treaty with Israel over this. The treaty has benefited Egypt, and there is no good reason for scrapping it, other than the emotions of the moment. It will be sad to see Egypt throwing away their future for nothing.

Is the Egyptian judiciary doing anything about Darfur? Is that death toll at all significant, or is it just water under the bridge for how, in reality, Muslims treat Muslims when it is ethnically expedient?
