4. The problem is easy to solve
Zack ,   Canada   (08.07.06)
These people are not abductees, but POWs. If Israel really wanted them to be safe they should start the peace process. They should release the Arab POWs and the problem would be solved. I wouldn't be surpised if any of these men were involved in the genocide of the Arab people.
5. UN resolution must demand release
Larry ,   Eastbourne, UK   (08.07.06)
The draft UN resolution does not demand the unconditional release of the abducted soldiers. Israel's government must surely make representations on this matter so that their unconditional release is an obligation laid upon the government of Lebanon.

Return the abducted soldiers and return POW's on a 1-1 trade. Criminals like Smair Kuntar must stay in jail.

everyone knows that hizbullah never torture his prisoneers, like in israel sorry to tell you that but you know all that it is true i am sure that they will be released very soon in good health as all the prisonners that lebanon release but we have to try to do same with their prisoneers who suffered too much in our jales let's try to show them that we have a few principes We will leave their country, give them back their people, lands, and they will do same and the war is finished

14. #10 Israeli Principles vs. Hezbollah Principles
Faith ,   USA and Israel   (08.07.06)
You state Israel should try to show they have principles. The following are the differences between Israeli and Hezbollah principles: 1. Protecting their civilians, both Arabs and Jews, from a terrorist miltia that would like to eliminate Israel. 2. Sending down millions of leaflets telling the civilian people to evacuate so they are out of harm's way 3. Withholding the true miltary force of the IDF so civilian casualties are minimized and therby losing more soldiers. 4. Fighting without hiding behind civilian populations and therefore endangering the Lebanese people who did not start this conflict. Hezbollah principles: 1. Ignore UN Resolution 1559. 2. Start a war and endanger their host country of Lebanon, after Israel left the Lebanon border in 2000. 3. Hide behind and within civilian populations, including the most vulnearable, women and children. 4. Send rockets/missles/drones into the Israeli Jewish, Israeli Arab and Israeli Chrsitian, Israeli Druze and Bedouin civilian population 5. Fire from nearby UN Peacekeepers' Posts without regard to these civilians.
15. #4 sounds like hes Nasralah girlfriend

17. Moron #15, Israel isn't having a slumber party in Lebanon
Zack ,   Canada   (08.07.06)

Wow, that's sure what I didn't think. LOL, what brought wet dreams into this? If you don't want to read my Sh*t why are you reading it? Does my opinion piss you off that much? If it does, it makes me happy.

21. to all
Djazaïri ,   France   (08.08.06)
The so called abductees, in reality prisoners of war seized in Lebanon, have been forgotten quickly by the zioniszt authorities which don'tcare at all for their lives? Otherwise they wouldn't have done all this mess but an exchange of prisoners.
22. is it not a bigger crime to kidnap civilians
shamy ,   pakistan   (08.08.06)
ur prisnors must be released.as a brother from germany said they must be in good health. but u also give athought to all the poor labanese prisnors rottening in israeli jails for more than 20 years.they must be having families n children.some eyes must be filled with tears for them as well.give them what is theirs ,take what is urs and for God sake live in peace

24. ISRAELI LEADERS DESPICABLE BETRAYAL of KIDNAPPED IDF
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.14.06)
As brave IDF heroes fight and die for Israel, IDF soldiers are forced to suffer the anguish and demoralization of leaders who refuse to stand behind them. The lives of courageous IDF mean absolutely nothing to Israel's leaders who are cruel to Jews, but repeatedly show mercy to Israel's enemies. The resolution only refers to a return of the kidnapped soldiers in its preamble and not among the document's actual clauses. There is no mention of the kidnapped soldier in the south, Gilad Shalit." For the first time in the history of Israel, Israel's leaders surrender in war and treasonously support the UN Resolution which threatens Israel's survival.
