Nab Shebba is not Lebanese land its Syrian it was captured from Syria in 1967. UN resolution 242 considers it to be part of the Golan Heights. If your people belive that Shebba belongs to Lebanon then thats something to take up with Syria and not Israel which is not obligated to return it to anybody unles its for a peace trety with Syria. If it was Lebanese territory then why shouldnt Israel demand a formal peace treaty in exchange for it the same way it has demanded formal peace treaties in return for land in the past and will do in future what makes Lebanon so different that Israel should give up territory and get nothing for it in return.
