Your're right about the ratio too, for each Hizbullah fighter you lose 5 IDF, but for every 5 IDF, Lebanon loses 100 children. The Israelis are fighting a war they did not start. The IDF is a strong army and the soldiers that died, were wounded and are fighting have done so not just for Israel, but for a civilized world that does not want terrorists to threaten the lives of their fellow citizens. The IDF held back their full force in order to minimize civilian casualties in Lebanon. They did this at a greater risk to themselves. They are nothing like the enemy they are fighting who started this war without regard to the civilians in Lebanon. My condolences to the families and friends of these heroic soldiers.

Olmert is weak and needs to be dropped. Olmert has made Israel bow down to Hezbollah, and sadly Hezbollah is winning the military battle. Israel has always dominated, but this is a shame. Down with Olmert.
