Keith, Every aircraft has a nickname in the IAF. Just as here in the states the CH-53's are the "Jolly Green Giants", and CH-47's are "Sea Knights" (BTW, my best friend form college was a Sea Knight pilot during the first Gulf War), in Israel it is nicknamed the "Yasur".
