first of all, their pishy rockets are incapable of doing substatial damege to israel. secondly, the only reason the rockets present a problem for us is that unlike hezbollah, we are not prepared to intentionally target civillians in order to achieve our goals. clearly we killed may civillians in lebanon, but what we needed to do to stop the barrages ( namely carpet bombing of entire southern area of lebanon ) was not something we were prepared to do.
