You might choose to disregard what the Israeli soldiers are saying what the world press is saying, but nobody with some sense of objectivism can deny that the Lebanese resistance had a military victory. First YOU call them terrorists, but most of the world (in case you care) doesn't and 95% of the Lebanese don't. That's what I care about. u guys are making a big deal about a few pictures that were altered. in reality these pictures didn't need to be altered because the reality is worst than the pictures. The article says that these alterations were made to make israel look bad, to be honest i couldn't stop laughing. Israel has no problem in making itself look "horrible" in terms of human rights and war crimes. more than 10 years ago I was a digital imaging sales manager of one of the (then) major imaging companies. To make the public aware of the potential of forgery that is almost impossible to detect by the untrained eye, I contacted Mr. Candid Camera in Israel, Yigal Shilon. My idea was to have celebs to come to our shop and develop & print their film. In the back of the shop I would then scan and put on disc all images and then have them altered by Photoshop in one hour flat. I would then put the images back on film with a digital filmrecorder and print them in a regular manner. The celeb would then receive his prints that shows him and whatever he/she photographed in a total different and maybe embarrassing situation. To "proof" that the print indeed was "true" we would show the negative......... Mr. Shilon did not use the idea, but it was my intention to show that even then already technology could change what was considered "aboslute proof". That the camera lies is a fact since they were used in the 19th. century. Only because they show a particular view, choosen by the photographer and more over, only the capture of a single moment in time......
