18. A Lebanese friend of Israel.
Yuhanna Alqarmidi ,   CA, USA   (08.20.06)
I am a Lebanese friend of the State of Israel. I live in the United States and during my telephone conversations with my relatives in Lebanon as the War in Southern Lebanon was in course, I used to reassure my relatives that as soon as hizbullah is wiped from Lebanon and the borders are sealed against any Syrian-Iranian rearmemant of Hizbullah, Lebanon will gain its peace and confidence. I was dismayed that Israel did not continue the fight to completely destroy Hizbullah, but instead has abided by the UN cesefire resolution. A Lebanon without Hizbullah will be better not only for her but the region as a whole. I hope only that the forthcoming sanctions against Iran will be coupled by a military strike to change the regime in that Mullah-governed country. Let's wait and see. Shalom to Lebanon, Israel and the whole world.
19. The Zionist Regime
MJDavidson ,   Nashville USA   (08.20.06)
The rumors of Israel's death or impending death are greatly exaggerated. Prior to any such event, look for Jericho 2& 3 missiles, many containing MIRV's to greet the following targets: Teheran, Medina, Mecca, Damascus, Natanz and a host of other precious sites. See, this time it won't be so easy for those determined to destroy Israel and to kill all the Jews. The madman in Iran fails to realize that despite his military buildup, he and his hoodlums have no answer to a full attack, none whatsoever. Yes, Israel can be hurt. However, Iran and its fellow monsters can be made to suffer an unimaginable price as well. The nuclear deterrent is for real and in the end, will be the best insurance policy the entire free world could ever have.
20. KhizbAllah will be destroyed
Herut Zion ,   UK   (08.20.06)
as all enemies of Israel will, but not before Israel turns to Hashem. This recent conflict is not like any other conflict, Israel is fighting for its survival AND it's the War of Redemption. Check this out: http://lazerbrody.typepad.com/ May Hashem lead Israel to victory.

22. Nice confession!
Steve ,   USA   (08.20.06)
B"H What is Iran wanting to do? *Amal head Adal Aoun also took part in the conference in Tehran, and said that "Hizbullah's faith is stronger than nuclear weapons." Now we have an answer from the experts. Hizbullah's faith might be stronger, but then again whose faith is not? *He added that he was not worried about attempts to disarm the organization: "Hizbullah is succeeding in guarding its weapons during this time and will succeed in doing so in the future." What do those statements imply about Iran's disarming of its Nuclear weapons attempts. I think that this Hizbollah attack is fully coordinated with Iran because Hizbollah representatives are having a conference in Iran to coordinate their steps. I think the missile attack on Israel was a trail baloon to see how the United States would defend Israel if Israel were attacked, as the United States promised it would. I think that based on these statements, Iran is looking to use and hide some weapons just like its pawn is being instructed to do, and these would not be conventional, based on Adal Auon's use of the words "nuclear weapons". I think therefore it is very miuch in the interests of the Untied States to have no nuclear capability in Hizbullah's hands to deliver. Therefore, it is vitally important that Hizbullah is forced to disarm in the interests of the United States for peace in that region. Because it seems that Iran's delivery route for its weapons is Hisbullah. It is not something that the United States can afford in this region, for its troops to be exposed to attack through unconventional means. Thus every arm must be checked and the embargo is vitally important for that process of registration. If we do not allow criminals in the United States to possess arms without a background check and serial number registration, why would the United States allow criminal states to do so when their mallicious intent is clear with statements like: *Muhammad Abdullah Sif al-Din said: "We think this war has one significance and it is the destruction of the Zionist regime."
23. Nice confession, part 2!
Steve ,   USA   (08.20.06)
B"H Even with high-hopes that Israel had changed its attitute, there are reports that this is not so. Which is more a threat? Iran or the Israeli government against these outposts? Where is the intelligence people? Why open up a new round of violence at this time? Where has common sense gone? Where is the public outrage at defeat of Israel by Israel's shooting itself in the foot instead of getting hit by missiles? http://www.israelnationalnews.com/news.php3?id=110436 Gov't Planning Outpost Demolitions 21:11 Aug 20, '06 / 26 Av 5766 (IsraelNN.com) The government is reviving plans to demolish several hilltop communities, often called outposts, according to Mideast Newsline. The demolitions were postponed because of the Hamas and Hizbullah terrorist attacks on Israel. Kadima officials have said the party's election platform to destroy dozens of towns in Judea and Samaria is no longer a high priority item, but the hilltop communities still are on the chopping block. Sources quoted by Mideast Newsline said demolition orders could force the deployment of thousands of policemen and soldiers to encounter expected resistance. As during last summer's expulsion of thousands of Jewish residents of Gaza area and northern Samarian communities, the security establishment is divided over who will carry out the orders. It also "is not clear whether there are sufficient police or soldiers right now for any major operation," one military official said.
