Dear Mr Annan, I hear on BBC that you are heading down to Naqoura, and possibly to other S.Leb. villages to make yourself an idea about the "devastation" there. On the same principle of fair game, it would be darn fair of you and your visiting party to take a tour up northern Isael to see the devastation in places like Kiryat Shemona, Maalot, Nahariya and others, but I don't think so, right?
