First, I think that being gay is NOT something one is born with like blue eyes or a certain height. So, if they choose it, however it happens during the course of the development of their personalities, then they need to understand that those who did not choose this do not want them parading in their faces. They can parade in Provincetown (near me) or the Castro or the East Village or parts of Amsterdam or Oslo or someplace that reflects THEIR culture. Should we heterosexuals have a STRAIGHT PRIDE parade in Provincetown? I think they'd react strongly. In fact, I know straight people who've been to Provincetown, and just walking along as a couple are called taunts like "breeder". Let's face it, we need to live in our own worlds and mixing is just not going to work. They can choose to be straight, but once they choose to be gay, they need to understand what that means. Keep the parade out of Jerusalem, and out of Israel.
