Jackson says "... the soldiers were not killed in the (kidnapping) operation." but he does not concluisively say they are *still* alive. Since Jackson is reporting what he was told, this is all second hand at best. With the terrorist's penchant for telling outright lies and half truths, the only way to prove they are still alive is for the Israeli's to come home unharmed. That is the only acceptable proof.
