He is just a cheap traitor who collaborator with his enemies for getting drugs or sex or whatever trash
2. Do the right thing, Israel

3. Palestinian Collaborators
NYC Girl   (09.02.06)
These people obviously perform a very valuable service to Israel, so why are they being treated so inhumanely? Is there something that we're not aware of because, on the face of it, it would seem obvious that these people would need Israel's help. It would be helpful if we knew what the authorities have to say about this situation.
4. Helping collaborators?
Eytan ,   Ramat Aviv   (09.02.06)
look at how we have been taking care of Jonathan Pollard for the last 21 years? We do not even bother helping a fellow Jew who risked his life for Israel. Sorry Nadim but you knocked at the wrong door...
5. BRAVO
Andrei ,   Israel   (09.02.06)
Great article. It's a shame what happened. This country is becoming SO EGOCENTRIC that we don't understand the impact on the public image of Israel among the other nations and even among the Palestinians we want to recruit. This country was capable of making a very dubious deal of exchanging Tanenbaum but is uncapable of supporting 1000 collaborators? Since I have the impression that israelis are becoming USA-fans, follow the example of our north american friends with the vietnamese that supported them. They now are living in US.
6. Shame.........
m ,   Israel   (09.02.06)
that it had to come to this. We need these people, but how many will be willing after seeing what happens. Give Nadim a chance of a life as he has others. Nadim, I wish you luck and hope you find a new and peaceful life.
7. If Johnathan Pollard was left in the lurch
Niven ,   USA   (09.02.06)
...then why not a Palestinian? Israeli policy has not changed!
8. Informers
Steve Jacobsson ,   Gustavsberg, Sweden   (09.02.06)
I could not agree more.
9. Who is responsible for him?
Sher   (09.02.06)
The secret services must give him a new life. But secret services are not the ones from whom to expect openness or transparency. This should not just be another tasty news item, it must be followed up so that the solution found for Nadim Injahz is made known in a way that gives him protection. If his information saved Israeli lives his life must also be saved.
10. we the people of Israel are responsible for him
Eve ,   Israel/Canada   (09.02.06)
It is time we take responsibility and assist those who assist us,
11. ITS OUR RESPONSABILITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE & ACCOMADATE HIS LIFE
DAVID P. ,   SANTA CRUZ, USA   (09.02.06)
IF YOU SAVE THE LIVES OF JEWS THEN WE ARE OLBIGED TO SAVE HIS, HIS ACT WAS ONE OF DESPARATION FOR HE KNEW THERE WERE NO OTHER ANSWERS, IF WE SEND HIM BACK ITS A DEATH SENTENCE, THOUGH WE RISK SETTING A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT EACH CASE MUST BE CONSIDERED BECAUSE WE AS JEWS VALUE HUMANITY, IN THIS CASE WE MUST DO WHATS HUMANE
12. This is how we treat our FRIENDS?
Jew ,   Eretz Israel   (09.02.06)
Israeli nation is deeply rotten and this is just one of the manifestations. Betrayal of friends. Look at the way we betrayed the South Lebanon Army who died for us for decades. We threw them to Hizbolla vultures. A lot of things and morals are rotten in Israel. Things really gotta change.
13. Poor Guy - Shame More Isn't Being Done To Help Him
Eddie Shahak ,   Jerusalem   (09.02.06)
After all, he did risk his life to save Israelis. As they saying goes 'you should never forget who your friends are'. Tragically, this is exactly what the government here has done. I fear that in the future, arabs will think twice about cooperating with us because of this.
14. its inhuman not to help this guy
rachel ,   usa   (09.03.06)
15. I would have thought ...
Jon ,   Oz   (09.03.06)
that being a collaborator whose identitiy has been compromised whould be in danger of losing his life, so on what exactly did the hi court base it's decision?
16. how could this be?
David ,   yerushalayim   (09.03.06)
is it even possible that whichever Israeli security agency this guy worked for could be so stupid? you wouldn't think so...maybe there's some other reason they're ignoring his situation. but then again, they left most of the SLA in the lurch after the withdrawal from Lebanon. and far less money is allocated to Arab and Druze towns in Israel then to predominantly Jewish areas, when you'd think that even if equality wasn't the moral thing to do it's certainly the smart thing to do. especially under the circumstances... it's very hard to understand. is is just plain stupidity? is it arrogance? is it just racism (who cares if he isn't/they aren't Jewish)?
17. Condoms
Andrey ,   Canada   (09.03.06)
these guys are used by the Israely like condoms to protect themself and when the use is done they throw them away .
18. A coward: Let him burn in fire! (no mercy)
Palestinian   (09.03.06)
19. nadim injahz..and other collaborators...
emily serfati ,   Cannes -France   (09.03.06)
Something must be done for all those individuals in an "impossible" situation ...they ve been used , did something for Israel , they have to be helped after the job is done ... Its a priority not to leave them behind with the minimum to survive ...with no hope , no help , no real solution for a new life ...its time to think about it and act .
20. Israeli Leaders/High Court HATE & BETRAYAL for those who...
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (09.03.06)
save Jewish lives. Israeli leaders and the High Court send a powerful message to all who would risk their lives to save Jewish lives - Israel will abandon you as it abandoned the SLA, Jonathan Pollard and Arabs who helped Israel. The price of saving Jewish lives is very high - both in Israel and America. Jonathan Pollard was not charged with, or found guilty of treason by the U.S. The median sentence for Pollards offense - passing classified information to an ally without intent to harm the U.S. is 2-4 years. Pollard was given a life sentence. Pollard spent several years in solitary confinement underground that destroyed his health. Pollard has even been tortured by U.S. authorities in jail. Israeli leaders and the High Court despise the Torah values of protecting the lives of those who save Jewish lives. (Joshua 2) Despising G-D's commandment: "YOU SHALL NOT MURDER", Israeli and world leaders prefer rewarding Islamic terrorist killers with Jewish land and assets.
21. Well Ines Ehrlich.....
Tsedek ,   Israel   (09.04.06)
I completely agree with you. It's just heartbreaking to see that human life - is not worth a thing for the Israeli institutions. Go on this way, Israel - and the thing that you try to "export" as an "Israeli quality" - meaning humanity - will finally bring you to your knees. If a country doesn't take proper care for human lifes (most certainly those that have endangered themselves for her benefit) than that country has lost all moral grounds for existence. Tse.
