Im 23 and i'm a non-practicing Jew who is seriously considering converting to Islam. what really bothers me with everything is that Jewish and Christian People cant accept arabs as their brethren and treat them with respect. When islam clearly gives Jews and Christians a religious status "people of the book" and promotes muslims to learn from them. History teaches that both jews and christians were treated in high esteem by muslim leaders who followed the religion yet that is never appreciated. I myself have both Christian and Muslim friends and I love them dearly as I do my brethren. Never in my life have I witnessed a muslim who practices his true religion berate or humiliate me. But i have come across my own "true" religious leaders berate not just muslims but christians also. I guess this is common throughout all races and religions but hey thats my personal experience. and as for the question of who built what and what it is capable of. I dont believe anyone of you, including myself, have any knowledge as to the true origin, nature and capability of the technology. We can refer to corporate industry websites, but we all know theyre just sale and promotion sites clearly their to overstate the product to achieve a sale. It has taken me a good 3 years to study all 3 religions for myself by myself. Without having to rely on peoples own prejudices and tonight is the night i will tell my parents my intentions and visit regents park mosque to say the Shahadah.
