Suprise me because this area is not located in the earthquick hot zones but still hit!!! It is impossible to do any energetic activity- rocket launch, explosion-nuclear or conventional, without leaving a signature that can be detected- acoustic, seismic, optical, RF, etc. by someone's sensor.
