Queen Elizabeth1st issued a decree in 1590 expelling all Blackmoors(muslims)from England,which along with the 1290 edict of expulsion,Oliver Cromwell could not revoke he was never crowned or was royalty and therefore could not revoke anything.
Therefore the jewish and blackmoors expulsion still stand today
